Writing this review as I sit in the parking lot for 30 mins now, waiting on 2 “hot and ready” pizzas. Don’t advertise what you can’t deliver. My receipt says I ordered at 1:43, it’s 2:13 as I submit this. Don’t come here in a hurry.

Since this location is opened up, I’ve ordered from Little Caesars more than a dozen times and I should have left a review earlier. Unlike a few other places, this location always has their pizza cooked properly incorrectly. The deep dish crust is always crispy the way it should be, and everything is always completed in a timely fashion. The best Little Caesars store I have ever ordered from. Can’t recommend them enough and they deserve this glowing review.

I’ve came in several times and they don’t have any hot and ready pizzas like they advertise, and it’s not because they were getting ready to close, once It was a couple hours before closing. I drove about 10 minutes out of my way to come to this particular location because I was hoping that they would be better than Shelby and I was so happy to find out they exceeded my expectations. I just so happened to mess up my online order like an idiot, but the manager there was so nice and accommodating to help me sort through it. I have not came across a manager for customer service, so kind, polite and courteous as he was. My extra most bestest pizza was also delicious. It remind me of what Little Caesars used to taste like. I hope all locations can hire excellent management and staff as caring as this location. Thanks again.

They’re great. They just really need to continue working on their professional or business wise. They definitely need some more toning up on the customer service skills honestly. Idk, but they’re still overall good to go with friendliness when it comes to manners and being polite. I love em and I’m even a doordash driver for the pizzas there at times.
