My mom and I came in for dessert a few weeks ago and it never fails, at this location, a concrete mixer is never completely mixed. It’s usually halfway with one topping and then the rest is plain ice cream. Which defeats the purpose of ordering this dessert. It is so frustrating to spend like $6 on a specific dessert (the price of an entire pint of Talenti), and it’s halfway done. When I reached out to comment via the website, the owner did email me and said they’re training new people, and then he said he’d send us some vouchers right away to make up for our last experience. The vouchers were never sent. Not surprised at this point.

So me and my boyfriend went through the drive through around 8:30 so nowhere near closing time. We did have a bigger order and I understand working in a fast food industry can be stressful. I personally would know since I have worked at a McDonalds. This was some of the worst customer service I have received. The lady taking our order seemed pissed off that we were still ordering. Mind you, my mom has celiac disease for those of you that don’t know what that is. It’s a gluten allergy that destroys your gut health. The lady taking our order put no bun on the menu. Yet we received a GLUTEN bun on the burger after I said 4 times to have no bun. There’s more they messed up too. I asked for a chocolate concrete mixer with brownie pieces and again I had to repeat it 4 times. And they messed it up by putting vanilla! And last but certainly not least, my boyfriend ordered a grilled cheese meal. He was given a grilled chicken sandwich. Culver’s you need to check on your employees because I’ve received NO good service. I have also gotten my orders messed up multiple times here other times as well. I will never be coming here again! Do better Culver’s!

We are big Culver’s people. We have been to this location dozens of times because we live close by ad want to give it another try. It’s always a let down with food, messed up orders, and most importantly terrible service. Who ever owns this location should take some pride in owning a business and hire someone else to run it. Also hire workers and actually train them to have some customer service at the bare minimum. Customer service and knowing what you are doing as a worker is most important. It’s not the workers fault if they are not trained right.

Been here at least 100 times over the years. Always good service. Yesterday, Kaleb served us. I believe he is new but he did a great job. Very kind and respectful to us, especially my son who ordered. You have a good staff!

As a highschool student who just wants to sit down and eat, I find it very disrespectful that I have to leave because I’m a “child”. I am not one of the kids who yell and scream, those are middle schoolers. I feel as if I am being kicked out for something I never did.

My go to everytime! A Classic Deluxe Single and pretzel bites! Amazing! The store was very clean. The food was correct. The fountain drinks tasted amazing and super friendly staff! Always a great experience! Keep up the good work!

They’ve changed their tenderloins, and not for the better. The meat was gristly, and tasted like it had been fried in the oil they use for fish. The peach frozen custard tasted like artificial peach flavoring was used.
