I keep trying to give the benefit of doubt but they continually screw up the orders. Most definitely double check your order before you leave. I waited on fresh chicken just so they could give me dark meat after I ordered white meat. This is the 3rd time this has happened at this location. I’m done, we will not be going back.

Thursday November 6th I came here and ordered a five-piece tenders with slaw, 3 pc tenders with fries, a plain chicken sandwhich arrived at 7:25 was told to park and at 8:00 had not received my food you can’t go in so you have to go through the drive-thru again where your given one meal out of the 3 you ordered and paid for them told we are out of chicken strips by now it’s pushing 830 this is ridiculous wouldn’t be bad if they were busy but they were dead as hell. All my food was cold the manager wouldn’t even look my direction no apologies nothing. Spent 40.00 on food that was cold and tasted like it was sitting out all day . I’ll never go back I would like to say this was a 1 time deal but no.

I had a long piece of black HAIR in my food. This is completely disgusting and unsanitary they have permanently LOST my business. I was nonchalantly offered a refund but no amount of money can erase the feeling of somebody else’s HAIR in your mouth when eating food please work on your sanitation and require hairnets or something yuck!

Waited in the drive thru line for a simple supreme meal. Got my food and found chicken tenders that were not supremes. I went inside thinking that it was accidentally rung up wrong. Stood there for 10 minutes while they looked at me and kept processing doordash orders. Finally, once they acknowledged me they very smartly and sassily told me that all bojangles have gotten rid of supremes and it had been that way for a while. Man, all I wanted was supremes. CLOVER BOJANGLES STILL HAS SUPREMES FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS THEM!!

Made the mistake of going in for an online order. After 6 minutes between anyone being taken at the counter, the customer in front of me also says they have a mobile order. Older woman (believe manager or supervisor) said “I can PROMISE you we haven’t started it yet.” She then proceeds to make a face at the back of the customer’s head as she walks away. 15 minutes later, still waiting on orders, mine was placed over 33 minutes ago. The customer behind us still haven’t taken the customer behind us at the counter.

Refusing to honor an a promotion that was advertised on their drive thru menu the worker’s attitude was DISGUSTING, DISRESPCTFUL, & NO HOME TRAINING! I can only provide a description since she refused to provide her name and claimed to be the manager on duty at 6:46 pm on 11-4-25. A heavyset white lady and the entire crew at this location is a disgrace to the Lake Wylie and surrounding community.

I would put zero stars if I could this place was so dirty and the food took 30 minutes to come just to be cold and the workers were so rude and were smoking right on the food and were not wearing gloves. This is the worst experience I would never recommend or come back ever again.
