So so disappointed I usually order but never happened before. I was too busy to cook today and thought 1 for home and another to take work and I ordered 2 chicken combo set one with fries and large coke and another with curly fries and redbull but I got 1 beef burger which I don’t eat beef and got 2 tacos which I didn’t even ordered curly fries and drinks was okay. I didn’t got fries . Omg I can’t believe I pay $43 for this disappointment. I will never ever order again

We went to this Jack in the Box today and have always gone as its the closest Jack to us, always had a good experience however its been going down hill. We have had many visits where items are forgotten or meals not done right. Tonight was the last straw and our last visit. Our meals were cold, fry sizes were not right (regular fries instead of the large we ordered), we were missing tacos and were told after we got our bags that the soda fountain wasn’t working; that the lemonade tasted like soda and the sodas were all syrup so we just got cups of ice because who just wants soda syrup?

They deserve zero stars. Got mini loaded tacos which were thrown in a box and looks like vomit came out the other end. They have no work ethics. Seriously food was all over the place. Cheese melted on wherever it landed. See the picture it only looks this way because I tried making it look edible

I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I kind of had to. Got our food to dine in; they gave us no tray, utensils or anything, just the box even though we specified we were eating inside.
The restaurant had no coke or ice. Once the ice was provided, we went to get coke / soda and they were all watery so we had to dump the ice we got regardless and couldn’t get more.
Employees were rude and dismissive. Our food came out burnt. Really disappointing, even for a fast food joint.
