Great food and great customer service.
Alexa truly helped me and my hungry family during the last ten minutes of dinner service. She was welcoming, patient, and respectful when it mattered most.
One of her coworkers was unfortunately beyond rude and immediately stated that food service ended at 7 pm(6:49) . We understood the situation and were not trying to push limits. We only ordered a total of four extra pieces of chicken. All we needed was basic hospitality and Alexa delivered that fully.
Because of her attitude and professionalism, the experience turned around completely. I definitely recommend this location and want to give a huge shout out to Alexa for her kindness and respect.
Thank you for treating customers like people. You are the kind of employee that keeps families coming back.

Went to drive through and sat for 20 minutes. Guy cane out in a ratty sweat shirt with body odor with yellow and missing teeth. He said “sorry couple people in dining room”. No sir that is a lie as a lady before me sat 25 minutes went and complained. He refunded her tossed a bag at here and said she should be patient dining room is full. Then proceeded to tell her not to return. This location is awful. Staff is rude, dining area is dirty and the food tastes like the deep fryer oil was a year old. Thus location needs an overhaul and new management

The staff here are beyond friendly. They were closed one night when I had placed an order and they made it right for me without hesitation. I’ve been here twice and all three employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this location. Plus the food is hot and fresh both times I came here.

Fantastic all around. Clean restaurant with professional, friendly, and welcoming service. The place even has a sign up that says leave the trays on the tables because they will clean them for you. However the restaurant but does not solicit tips at the register unlike most that do not clean your tables.
The food is the true star. I ordered the fish and chicken platter consisting of 2 pieces of fish and 3 pieces of chicken. The meal was made fresh to order and came out juicy and hot. The fish was delicate and delicious as was the chicken. The fish was not over battered. Hard to say which one was better as they were both outstanding. I had the coleslaw and waffle fries. The coleslaw tastes fresh and is the only think I dip the chicken in. The waffle fries must be new and they beat the bad and tasteless fries LJS had for years. The hush puppies were also freshly cooked, lightly battered, and delicious. Awesome and filling meal for $12.99. Will go back. Very underrated and under appreciated place.

My family had the pleasure of enjoying a taste of LONG JOHN SILVERS! The reviews made me a little skeptical for this particular location. But I must say we tried it anyways on Sunday and it was quite busy and had a longer than promised wait time from what my mobile order said it would be ready. But these ladies were busting their butts to get these order all out and they killed it! My family was happy and left full and everything was to par for us! Don’t let several bad reviews scare you away! We had a very pleasant and enjoyable time!

Went through the drive thru today and my meal of 3 shrimp, 2 fish, 2 hushpuppies was smashed into a small box. My coleslaw was upside-down and open in my bag. Oh and I ordered fried oysters. Got a new coleslaw. Horrible meal. Will not ever go to longjohns again, and I used to like it….done

Worst food ever! I used to love their chicken planks and I was hungry for them so I stopped one day around noon. They barely had any business. I went through the drive through and a couple employees were sitting outside the back door having a smoke break. That should have told me something right then. I got four chicken planks (nothing else) which were almost $12 with tax. Got them home and they were dripping with grease! I took a paper towel to get some of the grease out and after patting them with a paper towel, the towel was soaked with grease.
It is such a shame that they used to be professional (no employees smoking out back) and their food was so good and now it is awful!

Best fried fish hands down. I ordered the 3-piece fish with fries and coleslaw. I had to wait about 5 minutes(read the whole review) but i did not mind. Fish Came out fresh and hot. My only minor complaint was they skimped on the french fries. I asked for more fries and they gave me more fries though. Don’t let them skimp on the fries. Great place definitely go back especially during Lent. You like my reviews please smash that thumbs up button and check out my photos.

Wow, this is fast food? The quality and presentation of my meal was outstanding. I haven’t been to a LJS for a while since there is not one near where I live. I always liked the fish there, but just expected a meal in a cardboard tray. Look at my photo. The presentation of the meal rivals expensive sit down resturants. The food was fresh, hot and crisp. I would definitely make a special trip to this LJS.
