Authentic syrian shawarma spot nestled inside the market… a must try… the lady at the grill counter had fresh chicken shawarma tasters..they were fresh and delicious better than many popular spots out there… it was there first day and a pleasant surprise authentic Syrian shawarma grab from a family run grill.ordered 2 super shawarmas spicy and a shawarma plate. What a pleasant Saturday surprise.

I typically would not have tried this but as a Door Dasher I had an order to pick up in here. As I walked inside the smell was delightful and the family I think that own the place couldn’t have been more friendly. After the son and mother finished my order to go the daughter explained that the mother wanted me to try this food and they sent me away with a wonderful full flavored garlic sauce roll . I will be going back to order from this wonderful family and I will recommend this place to anyone that likes great food. I can’t understand how anyone could have anything but a 10 out of 10 warm welcoming experience here! Great place I loved it. Thanks for a great new experience.

Absolutely the best butchers and quality meat in modesto grazed and slathered properly. I am so pleased to have access to such a wonderful grocery and butcher. As a daughter of a catholic butcher and a family of bay area restaurant owners I know the importance of having access to whole foods. I thank God for each piece of meat I eat and serve to my guests. Really nice spot. They have an in-house butcher that was in late during the day so that he could cut me some custom cut one and a half inch thick ribeye. Really reasonable prices at the butcher and they have very low prices on cow and beef heart and liver which I often times enjoy. Nice staff highly recommend.

Ordered the chicken shawarma and beef shawarma plate. Also ordered the baba ghanoush. The food was absolutely delicious. Large portions and perfectly flavored/seasoned. The ghanoush was velvety and had a luscious texture. The Hummus was silky smooth and fantastic! I will definitely get take out again. In my opinion the best in town. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the to go containers were literally covered in olive oil on the exterior (especially the bottoms). This made it difficult to place the container on anything without making a huge mess. Not sure what happened there? Try it..you will love it!

OMG! This is yummiest, delicious food I ever eat, after long time waiting finally we got the foods, theirs Mixed chicken Tawooq& beef kabob plate were unbelievable!! Price is very reasonable, the hummus was testy, , garlic sauce, rice were perfect aroma!! I can’t described anymore!!! U guys try it now!!!
