Food is amazing. The portions are huge, it doesn’t seem like a lot of food at first glance but it’s enough for a meal and even leftovers depending on how much you eat. customer service is great. everyone is really welcoming and friendly. the workers are very helpful and accommodating. When the managers are in store they take time to greet customers and make sure they are enjoying the food. Always playing great music. will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend. Very kid friendly as well.

First, I ordered 8 egg rolls and they gave me 1… which was dripping with grease. Second, I ordered the bowl with salmon and brown rice, and they gave me something that looked far from fish; it was burnt, and the rice, which was supposed to be brown, was far from brown… maybe white with something added to make it look brown. Don’t waste your time and money. Go somewhere else because it’s not even cheap. It’s expensive per portion, and it looks like shoe leather. And to top it all off, I left a tip…

It was surprising to read so many reviews saying the service was bad. This place is like a better panda express. It’s really delicious. Walk up to the counter and order, got our food ~5 minutes later. The noodles were delicious and they separate the vegetables from the noodles by default which is good if you are picky about that. The veggies are well cooked, not too tough. I got spicy chicken teriyaki and tried my family’s beef teriyaki. Both were great and flavorful, not tough at all. Plus the spicy chicken was actually spicy which surprised me. The egg rolls are also pretty big too.

If the service was slow, it feels like it could be due to them making it fresh. You can hear them cutting the meat up and it’s HOT. I’d rather have it fresh than sitting under a heat lamp. So I don’t mind a wait in the future (since I didn’t have one now).

i waited quite a while but they gave a free junior bowl card which was a nice gesture as compensation! but unfortunately even though the food was super good, i did find a plastic wire? (not sure what i is) in my food!

The food here is good and the service was fast with very nice employees! However, I wish they would take zucchini out of their veggies. Gross. There was a lot of zucchini.
Also, more chicken is needed per bowl.

Received wrong order. Ordered the Spicy teriyaki chicken but Received the regular teriyaki chicken, I did not receive my veggies and Received brown rice instead of fried rice. I wasted my money because I threw my food it the trash because it was so bland. Very disappointed

I had an exceptional experience at Teriyaki Madness today! After visiting several locations around town, I finally received the outstanding customer service I had been hoping for. Edwin went above and beyond to make my visit memorable, paying close attention to every detail of my order.

What truly stood out was how he took the time to thank me for my service. This simple gesture made me feel appreciated and valued as a customer. Edwin’s dedication to excellent customer service sets a high standard that other locations should strive for. I will definitely return to this location and highly recommend it to others seeking a delicious meal and fantastic service! Thank you, Edwin, for making my day!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel this needs to be said. I never asked for a refund, but when a customer spends nearly $40 on two plates, it’s reasonable to ask about portion sizes. Instead of a courteous explanation, I was met with attitude—from the owner, no less. As the face of the business, professionalism should be a given. Dismissing a simple question with hostility is not how you treat paying customers. I hope this feedback encourages a more respectful and customer-focused approach moving forward.

It’s a small location but I’ve ordered from here, to go, about 3 times now. It’s a regular consideration now in our restaurant rotation if we’re wanting something Asian. It by far beats out the typical restaurants for quick Asian food in the area. I say quick, because I’ve only had to wait one time past the estimated pick up time to actually get my order. Other than that it has been ready to go when I get there at the time it says. I’ve seen people waiting in there but I also have seen reviews say the average time is 10-30 minutes. I’m guessing it’s in the middle there most of the time (since the app is also suggesting that’s the required time as well) but to me, for the quality of food I’m getting and the portions/price are well worth it. If I get the large, it’s enough for lunch the next day too, and I’m not a light eater. People in my office get jealous when I warm up my leftovers and get to enjoy it again the next day! The app is definitely worth getting for rewards as well.
