Terrible experience.
Whoever fixed my Billy Barou nachos should be ashamed of making it with the end of the Adobo chicken that’s been sitting up there since lunch time started. Chicken is hard, dry, and burnt. Chips have aftertaste. Onions super strong. The fixer tried to fool me by putting all my requested ingredients on top to make it look good. Highly disappointed in quality of food and the person who fixed it.

Horrible customer service I don’t believe I dress that bad but the people in the store assumed I was a drug addict and after waiting in line I went to the bathroom I was an immediately followed my female and a male the male stood in the door observing everything I do while standing in the doorway with the door wide open relaying everything I was doing to the female that was standing outside the door I totally didn’t understand what was going on I totally didn’t understand what was going on but I assume they thought I was in there to do drugs I felt completely disrespected and judged an uncomfortable so I decided not to buy anything I talked to the manager who was a black American female she apologized but didn’t seem to understand how disrespectful that really was I came back a few days later and talk to a different manager he was Caucasian with a beard I told I wanted to tell him about what happened and he told me he couldn’t give me anything for free I couldn’t believe my ears I told him I didn’t want anything for free that I came in to purchase something to eat but wanted to tell him what happened he said well I’m just the assistant manager but you can tell me what happened I pretty much run things here sound like okay whatever I tell him what happens and he hangs up my order after that now that was very poor customer service even if I didn’t want anything for free which I didn’t it would still been a good idea for you to accommodate me so I could be happy all he did was apologize and charge me full price for my meal which were beef nachos and guacamole I want to be coming back there I won’t be coming back there to spend any more of my money I don’t feel respected at all or most importantly valued as a customer

I did door dash. They haven’t given me my money back because the claim was denied. My burrito was horrible and I could not eat it. Threw it in the trash. Burrito was mushy, rice not done, cold, guacamole smeared all over the burrito wrap on the outside. Queso dip cold and stiff (like a piece of cheese) They did not answer the phone when I called. The young lady making the hot was not nice at all. The steak bowl with bb , pb, beef , and Adobe chicken on the side the steak did not taste fresh for $38 I am not happy . We visited on 8/4 about 6/7 pm give a take a minute or two. Interestingly they did say “Welcome to Moe’s ” upon entering. Young Caucasian female on the register was very nice. Got to Birmingham at 9pm after a 3 hour drive. Moe’s was in walking distance from my room so I decided to get dinner here. The ladies on shift did not greet me upon walking in. I stood at the order counter for 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. The manager told the staff to give us what was left. They refused to make more food due to it being 35 minutes before they close. Mind you, 3 nurses from the hospital walked in right after me & I am sure they were hungry after a long shift. They gave us all whatever what left. Chicken was cold. I’ve visited this restaurant several times over the past 6 years & never had this experience. Very disappointing after looking forward to this meal.

I ordered from here on DoorDash. It’s like they didn’t even read my order. I ordered everything on it, and it ended up just being a rice burrito. And they didn’t give me chips and salsa. Huge disappointment

I’m not one to typically leave bad reviews but this location is trash.
I was disappointed last time and tried to give it another chance.
I got a homewrecker bowl. It was pretty skimpy and I’m upset by the small amount of food I got for $15. Could have at least added more rice and lettuce to make it look like a full serving. Rice was however undercooked and slightly crunchy. And there was only like 4 pieces of wilted lettuce.
AND I DIDN’T GET MY CHIPS AND SALSA
Never again….

I give this place one star because not only did I get attitude from the employees, so did this sweet little old man in line. I wasn’t greeted, I wasn’t even spoken to. Not even a smile. Either they are very unsatisfied with their job and pay, or they just aren’t decent employees. It’s called customer service for a reason. I really hope the employer has core values for them to follow by. Those are really important. At least clean and set up enough tables for your customers.
