11.25.25 – I ordered a medium pizza with beef, Italian sausage and pepperoni. The older lady who delivered called my phone and sat in her car for 5 minutes before she even got out. 2ndly the pizza was cold and the meat was dry as if it had been overcooked and then sat for a while. I also ordered wings on this order as well and they were luke warm. I called in and they told me I could either come pick it up or save it for the next time because they were not going to deliver it again. Now today I am calling to get my order and no one seems to know who I spoke with or can’t find the information in the order. This place has consistently become trash/worse. When football season first started it was on point, now I cant tell who is working there. Also whomever is at the support email address never responded back to my email either.

I ordered a medium 3 topping pizza along with wings. Called because pizza was cold and old like it had been sitting there forever. Wings were warm not hot like they normally are. Anywho I called spoke with someone and nobody offered to remake and deliver my entire order. Then said they were only going to give me credit for the pizza and not both which is rude and dumb as hell. There is no way this was a fresh pizza and I eat here all the time. And I gave the delivery driver a tip who couldn’t find the house with all the lights on ‍♀️guess customer service ain’t customer service no more

When I tell you this is the worst place. Staff ignores you. Been the T e 2 times and each time they could not find my order. Waited and waited no one even ask me if I received my or or can we help you? Never again will I go back to this location. Young Folks need customer service training. We are not going to talk about the big pot holes that you tear your car up

I placed an order online and when I received the order there was hair cooked into my pizza. When I called the store to let the manager know she told me she would remake the pizza but I would have to come get it. I asked her was she serious and she immediately got an attitude. I told her that I would bring in the entire order for a full refund. She placed me on hold and never came back.

The DeSoto Dominos has their pick-up specials down to a science — fast, fresh, and easy on the wallet. I ordered tonight and my pizza was spot-on: perfect crust, just the right amount of cheese, and piping hot like it came straight from the commercial. Gary at the counter deserves a raise (or at least first dibs on the next batch of cheesy bread) — friendly, quick, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. You don’t get that kind of service from most chains anymore. If you want a solid dinner that won’t waste your time or your money, this Dominos crew has it handled.

Dominos definitely beats out the other chain down the street. One last thing; the Parmesan bread bites are addictive!

I had a disappointing experience at this Domino’s location. I ordered a veggie pizza, but when I got back to my vehicle, I realized it had chicken on it. I went back in to let them know about the mistake, and while I was there, I noticed something even more concerning. Employees were preparing food without gloves, and one worker came from the back and immediately started handling pizza at the prep table without washing their hands.

That really raised concerns about cleanliness and food safety. Accuracy with orders is important, but proper hygiene is even more critical. I hope management addresses these issues to ensure better standards moving forward.

I placed a order and specifically ordered no onions I am severely allergic to them. I get my order and take a bite immediately having to spit it out why because my pizza is covered in onions. I called the store and tell them I did not recieve what I ordered they said their apologies and offered a credit. I expressed i do not live in desoto, the nice young man placed me on hold to speak with the manager he then got back on the phone saying the pizza is not eligible for delivery and can be picked up and it would have to be this desoto location. I asked him if i could use the credit and place a order tonight because i do not live in desoto he said yes, therewas no mention of the order havingto be the same pizza as before. I placed the order using the credit and was told I would have to pick it up. As my nephew goes to get the pizza he is told they do not have a order for him, he expressed he was feeling anxious and nervous due to the tone the gm was using so i ask him to place me on speaker, I share with the employee the whole conversation I had on the phone with the previous employee
after that entire conversation they tell me ok we can remake that. I clearly told them I did not want the same that I only wanted to change the toppings. They ignored my request and still made the pizza which makes no sense if im given a credit due to your mistake how do you dictate how I use the credit you give me. I was met with the upmost disrespect and unprofessional in front of customers and did not understand any way shape or form try to apologize when they still failed to make what i actually wanted and asked for. This is clearly not a professional establishment and the general manager or imposter of a general manager made it clear when she said out loud she is sick of this place, in front of customers so if she can make that statement while customers are present no telling what statements and activities are done behind the shadows. Do better. And save your apologetic response its not needed but what is needed is additional training on professionalism and to read orders effectively and throughly so deadly mistakes like tonight doesn’t happen again

If I could give 0 stars I would don’t recommend especially delivery..my spinach and cheese pizza was delivered look slop..and instead of the manager apologizing and trying to make it right after me spending $48 she put blame on the delivery driver… Very unacceptable guess she thought she was feeding wild pigs ..

Food hot and fresh and tastes delicious! Workers were friendly. Each and every person who saw me asked the name I was waiting on and each person made sure to look into the order and give me an ETA. Good service and good food?! Can’t ask for much else.

If you aren’t placing your order with Maddy, I am uncertain as to what you’re doing. She is one of the top best managers at this location, very courteous, and assisted me with my order. I placed 10 pizzas and she stated it was going to be a 10-minute wait. I didn’t believe her because the wait is usually 30 minutes, but that woman efficiently prepared those pizzas and, amazingly, accomplished it under 8 minutes. My order was ready, and the food was 10/10. My wife and I were so astonished!

Horrible mgr customer service was given incorrect change back and the mgr acted like he didn’t understand anything I was saying. Also told me the incorrect pizza they made I had to wait until other orders were complete to correct mine. Did not want to even talk to me walk passed me like I was doing something wrong because I requested the district number to file a complaint.
