Some of the best burgers we have eaten have come from the place you pull up to, then have second thoughts about going in.
Adamsburger is based in an out of date gas station. Inside awaits an old school hand patted too big to fit in your mouth burger. Several different specialty burgers are on the menu, I chose the namesake. A few bites in, I realized this was the real deal. I had to break down a give what i consider the Ultimate burger compliment. I asked for a fork! This burger was so good I wanted to finish every bite. The homestyle fries were cooked perfectly with just the right amount of potatoes. In this round I was beaten by the burger, a few bites left on my plate and I threw in the towel. I will definitely return and go a few more rounds.

Loved our waitress, her her paintings were lovely, very funny, very enthusiastic. I had an appetizer as my meal. I did a little custom thing and wanted nachos instead of fries or tots. When my plate came out, it look very appealing. However, the pulled pork was terrible. Had a bad smell and taste. The waitress was so kind enough to let me order a different item. My second plate definitely redeemed itself.
Side note: the waitress gave our table a “dessert.” It was very delicious. The sweet potato fries with the homemade carmel sauce was delicious!

Absolutely wonderful food not to mention insanely wonderful prices. Great atmosphere and people working here. I even would go as far as to saying the cook here could possibly impress some big name chef’s with her food. Keep up the great work guys.

After reading reviews we excited to try on our road trip. It was disaster from the second we walked in. All empty tables were still dirty, half of the lights were working so the back end of the dining area was in the dark. The soda machine was leaking all over the floor so the floor was flooded. Only one table had food, the other 4 occupied tables had a miserable “we’ve been waiting for ever” look. We ordered and were just going to take it to go. There was one person working in the entire place. She was working the register, bussing tables, cooking and waitressing After 30 min and only seeing one table get food, we left.

We tried 3 different burgers today, the Adamsburger, BBQ Burger, and Sunrise Burger with the hand cut fries and the sweet potato fries w/ caramel sauce. Everything was amazing. If you are ever in the area, you cannot go wrong with any of those choices.

We bother ate cheeseburger plate with fries. It was good fresh with real beef. It had all the trimmings and good. Will go again. Just slower service because they had just opened up.
