I did not have food because we just stopped in to have a drink but the food did look good and the customers looked satisfied. The drinks was very good and the atmosphere was great with good music and the seating was relaxing and laid back but upbeat enough to want to go back. This was a good place that is located near the hotels downtown within walking distance and I did feel safe. The customer service was very good and inviting and they took the time to make us feel comfortable on our first visit.

Highly recommend! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They even have games you can play, which makes it even more fun. This has become my husband’s and my go-to spot to hang out, grab some drinks, and invite friends to enjoy the vibe with us.

Located under the Tower Taproom, sits the chill throw back speakeasy style bar, with a lower celling, music playing and bar tenders hard at work .
Actual mixologists, making craft cocktails, not just simple well drinks and bottled beers..
There is entertainment on some nights, featuring a wildly popular trivia night every Tuesday, and a fun Karaoke Night every Thursday. Also, featuring board games, card games, and more.. It is such a nice spot so kick back on one of the many couches, and unwind, catch up with your friends, sing a song, play a game, drink a drink…..etc.
High lights are, seasonal menu of specialty drinks.
IE: Maple Bourbon Smash, Butter Beer (my personal favorite),The Blue Christmas, Craig Nog, Pomegranate martini, Oatmeal cookie shot.
They do occasionally have live music, as well as comedy shows.
AND THE BEER WALL!!!!!!!
Food options are available Upstairs, and food can be brought down stairs. all in all my favorite hangout spot in downtown.

Absolutely loved everything about this place! The drinks were on point, the staff was very friendly and super talented, and the drinks were reasonably priced. I also felt very comfortable in there as a middle aged individual. I highly recommend you check them out. My photos are no different than the others, but I will add them just the same.

This is a cool place! – a hidden gym downtown Montgomery! You have to find this place downstairs under the alley. You also have to try their Hanky Panky – it’s a delish drink of egg white and Old Forester and other goodness!

Don’t be fooled by the whole “stay hip and groovy” this isn’t your grandma’s spot. Perfect for hanging out with friends, date night, whatever! Has a cool vibe and the drinks are amazing! Can’t go wrong coming here. They don’t serve food but if you come when Tower Taproom is open upstairs you can order from them and then bring it down stairs to the Lower Lounge.

Absolutely love everything about this place! The drinks were beyond on point, the staff are the best people and very friendly and super talented, and the drinks are insane trust me if you want a drink to your taste come here. I also felt very comfortable e cause of the bartenders being so tentative to what drink you wanted. I highly recommend you coming here not only because I’m just saying this but it’s an amazing place. Britt is the guy that reads your mind for a drink before you say it. Q personality just wants you to hang out and try every drink on the menu she’s a crowd pleaser.

You feel like you’re not even in Montgomery anymore when you venture down to this cozy little hidden haven. The furniture is beautiful AND super comfy!! I could just chill there all day and read books while I sip on delicious, perfectly crafted cocktails. The bartenders are so wonderful, like genuinely wonderful. They made me feel like I was a regular and they knew me and appreciated that I was there. You just don’t get that sense of kindness very often these days, unfortunately. I can’t say enough about this place! Definitely worth checking out!!
