I recently visited your Bellacino’s Pizza & Grinders location, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The pizza I received was burnt, and the staff inside appeared to be goofing off instead of paying attention to their work. The overall atmosphere and service were unprofessional and not what I expect from a brand like Bellacino’s.
This group clearly needs stronger leadership and better training. Employees should take pride in the food they make and the service they provide. Please address this issue and help your team learn to deliver the quality and professionalism that customers associate with Bellacino’s.

We usually take out the pizza but Bellacinos is our “ go to” place for pizza. It’s really tasty and always done right! The crust is perfect and the they are not “stingy”with pepperoni, sausage, etc. The staff that greets us is friendly and efficient. We love how they cut the pizza in easy to deal with squares. We really enjoy Bellacinos!

Got the A-1 Bomber 1/2 sandwich (cut in 1/2 again to save one for tomorrow) with baked fries and a fountain beverage (they also had bottled beer).
The sandwich was good, the fries were like steak fries. I prefer shoe string fries, but they were good nonetheless. All in all a good meal.

Perfect little Italian grinder! Stopped in for lunch and got the 4.5” quarter Italian grinder and it was the perfect size for me . So delicious and toasty. My daughter got the cheesy bread sticks and marinara and they were also good. Young lady at register was very nice. They do military discount which I really appreciate. I will definitely be back!

Was ready to be picked up at the time I was told. Place was clean and friendly service at the counter.
Order was correct and had extra napkins in the bag. Food was hot and fresh. I got the Bell’s pride 8in pizza with teriyaki wings. Wings are a little pricey for the size but quality food. Will return to also try other menu items.

Family friendly and pizza that you can take the dough is made fresh and by hand. That’s worth the wait! My son loves the 8” kids size cheese pizza. Highly recommend paying them a visit! They are CLOSED for DD2 Spring Break so just plan after this to go visit!

Ate there last week and noticed that my bill was a bit higher than usual.look at my receipt and noticed a additional service charge of approx. 9%.I asked the girl what the charge was for and she said ” so we all can get a tip”. I do not like to be deceived and have extra charges added to my bill without me knowing.Most people do not look at their receipt and will probably never notice .I may be mistaken but there is a hourly wage and a wage for a person getting tips in south carolina , and how do the employees know how much the daily receipts are????.We ate there often ,but not ever again.Please do not get me wrong i tip for good service and food and tip the waitress , not the owner please keep this in mind with your very questionable business practices ,as there are many pizza and sub shops that serve excellent food on the Greater Summerville area

I love Pizza (Ninja Turtle Life) !!! This was the best pie I have eaten in a while and IS the best place to go for a good slice. Picture everything that comes to mind when you think of a good slice and this is that and more! The taste and texture all come together for a mouthwatering sensation sure to bring you back. I dined in for the 8’ cheese and ended up getting one to go. Shared it with the kiddies. All smiles
