Amazing food, delicious Mimosa Flights and Breakfast Old Fashioned! Visiting from out of state for a wedding and this was walking distance from our hotel. My wife has the Green Chili Cornbread Benedict and I had the Corned Beef Hash. This was by far some of the most amazing breakfast food we have ever had. Service was extremely friendly and fast but did completely forget to give us silverware which we had to track down ourselves. Would still go to this place agan!

We came here on a Tuesday morning and were immediately seated as a party of three. Unfortunately, it took about 30 minutes for our orders to be taken, which was frustrating. It seems like it took just as long for the food to come out. We ordered a flight of mimosas that never arrived, though we were charged for it. Thankfully, the staff were willing to correct the charge, which we appreciated.
Throughout our visit, it was difficult to get our waitress’s attention for refills, coffee condiments, or even to check on our mimosa flight. The ketchup bottle provided was empty, but we weren’t able to get it replaced. But she was nice.
As for the food, some items were a bit disappointing. I ordered avocados on my burger and received just two very thin slivers, which felt insufficient for the $1.50 charge. The grilled cheese that was supposed to come with potatoes on it had only a single slice of potato on each side of the sandwich. The taste of the food was okay overall.
The restaurant itself has a tasteful and inviting design, and it clearly has a lot of potential. I had been looking forward to a fun birthday experience here, though it didn’t quite meet that expectation. One area that could use attention is the bathroom, which was a little neglected there were no toilet seat covers, and there appeared to be a brown stain on the toilet seat.
Overall, they seemed possibly understaffed/undertrained restaurant with room to improve service and consistency. With a few adjustments, it has the potential to be a really great spot.
You’re not hungry and you just wanna hang out this is probably a great spot but if you’re starving and your food to come out quickly, I would advise to choose somewhere else .

Went with a party of 4 and none of us finished our food. I had the corned beef hash but it had a funky flavor. Atmosphere was nice but they were playing club music for breakfast, weird. Most of the servers were nice and helpful but will not be going back.

I had the southwest avocado toast with an egg. It was seriously the best avocado toast I’ve ever had! You should totally try it. The drinks were awesome, and the service was amazing too.

Listen. I hate breakfast. Like, doesn’t matter what it is, it’s not my thing. We tried this place to appease my husband. I’ve been converted. The smoked salmon Benedict and filet tips were beyond phenomenal. Cute vibe/atmosphere. Great service. Highly, highly recommend.

One of my top spots that I recommend to anyone looking for a breakfast/brunch spot. Right in the heart of downtown Chandler. It’s a foodie dream. Visually stunning dishes but the taste is always there too. Love the atmosphere and always bring my girlfriends here. Other highlights would be the great variety of drinks, clean restaurant and friendly staff.
Can’t wait for my next visit.

Got sick (gastro) 30 minutes after eating brunch here. None of my family (who were not there) are sick so I attribute this to my brunch. 🙁
Putting that aside, the French toast was mid. The eggs Benedict tasted odd, but I don’t normally eat eggs Benedict.
All in all, I wouldn’t order the eggs Benedict nor the French toast again. And because my bowels are ill, I probably won’t ever come back.

I appreciate places that put the customer first. Our server Eric did just that and more. His friendly service paired with good food made this a place to stop by again in the future.

I was just going through my reviews and my next trip to Chandler and realized my review never saved from here. The place was too great to not make sure I post. Located in Downtown Chandler the parking can be frustrating if you’ve never been. Just know there are parking garages nearby if you can’t find any close to the location. It’s an easy walk. We had come for my daughter’s birthday and were pleased to see something called My Birthday Pancakes on the menu. SCORE! I of course ordered Eggs Benedict which is one of my faves! Everything came out pretty quick and our fun waitress even magically found us a candle lol. They offer mimosa flights and such. Great stop.

I’ve been wanting to order this place for months but they never pick up their phone. When it took four times to get this place to pick up, I should have just stopped calling. But I called once more and they finally replied.
The takeout wasn’t even very good. The Filet Tips & Eggs were decent, but the steak tasted lower quality than “filet mignon”, and the chimichurri was a bit overpowering. My Mom said her “Tipsy Breakfast” was just okay as well.
When I went to pick it up, the staff were quite confused on how to take cash from me. They seemed hyper-fixated on making drinks for everyone else. My thoughts, this is a place that you go to get day-drunk and waste tons of $$.
