Best sub sandwiches ever! As a food reviewer, I eat at so many places, but Big Town Hero is the best! I truly enjoyed both of my sandwiches! I got the clasic club & the Italian Panini! They were both amazing! I even got 2 cookies , those were awesome as well!! The customer service here is world class and the establishment is incredibly clean! I ordered through Door Dash on a whim and I have to admit, these guys NAILED IT!! We had the Turkey Bacon Avocado and the Italian and it couldn’t have been better. The bread was amazing. The ingredients were super fresh. The sandwiches were enormous. Pat yourselves on the back, you’re now my new FAVORITE sub place!!!! Absolutely AMAZING!!

The sandwiches are fantastic. Its frustrating though to be charged a dollar to change the cheese on a sandwich. No not add cheese, change the type. Sandwich already came with provolone but I wanted cheddar. Why would that cost a dollar? I wouldn’t get a dollar off it i removed the cheese.

The bread on the French Dip was spectacular. I wished it had more meat, considering it was almost $13 for one sandwich (via DoorDash). I’d definitely recommend trying this place.

Awesome local owner to an incredible sandwich franchise! The fresh bread made hourly, the sliced meats and cheese.. it’s all so good and the staff is so friendly and willing to help accommodate whether its a simple question or a last minute large order. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone near or far.

Only downside in my opinion is they are a little slow, but I don’t mind because my sandwich is always consistent! Just be prepared to wait a bit. ☺️

I recently had the pleasure of trying Big Town Hero, and I was blown away! I ordered the Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors were perfectly balanced, and the bread was incredibly soft.
But what really made my experience special was the friendly staff. They were so welcoming and helpful, and my food came out fast.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Big Town Hero. The food was amazing, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was inviting. I will definitely be returning soon!
