Occasional food specials on certain days which we have not tried yet, but what a beautiful historic gem in Marine City to enjoy a beer or cocktail surrounded by a lot of history! The new owners have done a remarkable job restoring the place and they have more they plan to do.
Nice courtyard area – live regular music, and very friendly staff! Newport is just around the corner off the main drag Water Street near the beach.

Me and my sister were taking a walk at night and some guy came out of this bar video recording us and accusing us of trying to rob Zimmerman’s meat market. I was just trying to get my steps in for the day.
It’s really a shame because my old doctor opened this bar and I have yet to have a chance to go here But now I don’t think I’ll be going here at all as I’m scared to enter the building.

If you like yourself a hole in the wall bar, this is it!! The server was very friendly and loved the ‘Cheers’ like atmosphere! They definitely pour a good drink and they are reasonably priced! There’s a little bit of cool history behind the bar as well!
