Hey Jack in the box I love this restaurant so much great atmosphere and service also great food. It’s was my second time coming here I love it so much and I order take so I could take my food to work at SOFI stadium in Inglewood. The Jumbo Jack Tates Like and delicious & the hash browns taste good and it’s like A . Oh almost forgot their chicken Nuggets are like A well cooked as well & nice ice coffee ☕️. Thanks Jack in the box you made my day perfect nice workers working hard as well thank you .

I went in due to a order I made for pick up. The lady on the front was rude . I was trying to explain to her what happened and see if they can help me with it . She didn’t even let me finish explain and brush me off!!
She said “ no no “ and walked back inside .
She’s a older Hispanic women . If she let me explain I think it would have been simple to solve.
Shouldn’t be in customer service if they can’t deal with it .
Another Customer was telling me to call corporate cause she obviously didn’t want to help .

Went there Christmas night after a party me and my son were starving. The atmosphere was the best I’ve ever had at any Jack in the box I went through the drive thru and could feel there energy from there. They all worked as a team and were having fun. Playing friendly music and giving great customer service.
