I’ve been to plenty of different A&W’s through WI. This one kinda turned me off.
strawberry sundae is made with loads syrup (tasted like chemicals)and a couple bits of strawberries. not at all what I expected for a strawberry sundae. Ketchup packets were all covered in sticky stuff and two where open. The drinks where very sticky to hold. We got about 1/2 of our corn dog bites for both meals. Fish sandwich was very good though.

Food is cooked to order so it’s hard to call it “fast food” however the food is delicious and the DILL PICKLE curds are amazing! I can’t stop eating them.

I left once I had some food it sucks they messed up my friends order of a plain burger and put everything on it and messed up my cheese burger by putting everything I didn’t ask for and only good thing was ice cream it sucks

It’s the employees they have this one employee everything i go there she’s disrespectful and I don’t even live in town I live outta town and enjoy a&w once and awhile when I get a chance to travel up there next time I’m going to make sure to post her name. Thanks

Tried going here today about noon. My son and I went in, place was empty. We stood there for 10 min. Nobody there to take our order. A guy poked his head around from the back, never said anything and disappeared. Few more minutes go by and nobody came out. We left and gave our business to people that want it.
I would only go back, if A&W gives me coupons for wasting my time waiting for nothing with a hungry kid wanting to eat.

We’ve gone several times and every single time we order a spicy papa burger they always give us a regular papa burger. Literally Every. Single. Time. They have fixed the error, however it’s insane that it has happened more than 5 times. We’ve come during the week during day times hours as well as late night hours so it’s definitely an over all issue not just certain staff.
