When you have an order that’s more than $50 but the establishment will not take hard-earned money because they don’t accept $100s because they’re too lazy to count. They were supposed to be open at 10:30. We had to call to get them to open the door. Then we couldn’t get drinks because they hadn’t prepared the drink machine. The salad bar was not ready. This is a pitiful way to run a business !

Today I celebrated my 50th birthday. I called and asked if I could have my party at this location. It was scheduled for 1:30 pm, we had a mishap and I had to go to Sam’s Club and pick up my cakes. I arrived early and the manager greeted me so kindly. I honestly didn’t know how many people were going to show up. I guessed 30 to 35. It ended up being 16. Everything was so so easy. From the freshness of our pizza to drinks. The manager insisted that they clean up but I wasn’t going to let them do everything. I could have had my party anywhere that I wanted. But the kindness this store shows me every time I come in is unmeasurable…. And without a doubt a given of where I wanted to eat. Thank you all for making this ole man a happy man….. I am a customer for life ..

I’m done giving Mazzios the benefit of the doubt. This meal was terrible. We tried to eat the pizza and calzone, thinking it would get better. I’m so disappointed & hate wasting money. This was about $32 wasted. Save your money and calories for something better.

I was a little hesitant on trying this place just based on the parking lot as it always looks dead when I pass by. We decided to stop in for dinner one day and was pleasantly surprised. You order food at the counter and take a number to your table. Salad bar was delicious and everything looked fresh. The pizzas came out hot and delicious. The only reason I give 3 stars is because all the booths were pretty much dirty. We had to go grab napkins and clean the table and seats off ourselves. Definitely worth a try!

I loved the chicken wings sooooo much. They didn’t over cook them like so many do. The pizza was mah… very ordinary. We got it to go, I feel it was pretty pricey. If I ate here again it would be to get some wings to go.

Went here for lunch around 2pm so obviously tbey werent busy. The lady at the front seemed like she hated her job and wasnt rude but definitely didnt have a great attitude untilllllll I sent back the burnt cheese dippers and said “im so sorry but can you please remake these they are to burnt for us to eat” she literally threw like chunked them in the trash. Then the manager tells us they were “properly” cooked including our pizzas that are obviously burnt… Amd what we wanted was “undercooked” idk man. Crust is supposed to be golden brown not like this…. 🙁
