Three managers here, things being attended to which is nice. Unfortunately doesn’t outweigh the food. The chow mein has a gummy texture. I’ve never had the Beijing beef, I hate it but I feel like that’s my fault, it’s SUPER sweet which may be accurate to the flavor profile. Unfortunately I’m throwing away everything in the picture. Can’t do it. See ya $10.

The food is okay here. Could be better, but it’s still good. However the customer service is always a 10/10. Me and my bf came in late one night after a church service and we had the best customer service & the inside was super clean. Today I had the nicest guy take my order (whoever was working the drive thru window around 8:15). There was a small wait so he had me pull up to the front, and a different lady brought me out the food. A few minutes later he stopped by and double checked that I had received my food. 10/10 customer service!

First off when we walked in no one even acknowledged us. Then we came back to have our order replaced because last night they gave us chicken we couldn’t even bite into. I get it happens, but that was not even why a bad review. We go to have it replaced and we thought it was the whole order. And that’s fine it was only the chicken I was okay with that. The guy said it only said plate. I said okay I just was not sure cuz he said he would replace the order. He said I can call him and ask we said it was okay mind you the guy never went to his phone to call or anything. Then he says we would have to wait 10 mins for the plate he said he was not sure on cuz they was out we said okay and sat down. We saw it was ready so just stood up to get in line. Well I guess he took it as being rude I didn’t think we was rude. Then the dude calls Bow and tells us it was only the chicken plate. Okay so why didn’t you just tell us that you was only replacing the one plate from the beginning. He was extremely rude. Honestly I didn’t like leaving bad reviews but his customer service was completely uncalled for. We didn’t demand this man make the the whole order over, but the reality is why not anyways. We ordered two plates and had to share one plate last night because yall messed up.and once again from the beginning why not just say your only replacing one plate. We would have just said Okay, when I asked why he had us wait 10 mins like he was replacing the whole thing he said he was waiting for Bow to call no you told us you was waiting for the food to cook. So yeah I won’t go back. I’d rather drive to Tulsa or anywhere else then come back and give this store my business.

Food, like every panda express taste decent for fast food “Chinese”. The service here terrible. Called about incorrect food on my mobile order and was left on hold for 20min then hung up on. Had to drive back so I could speak to staff directly to get issue resolved. I don’t want more just better customer service. Thank you.

My wife and I ordered green bean chicken rice bowl. What we got was rice with almost no sauce or chicken. I can steam rice for less at home. In fairness, the employee did offer us some free string bean chicken as we were leaving but we refused because we are feeding the rice to our chickens and they do not like the sauce. I gave them a 2 because my egg role was good.

It was good, typical Panda Express. Everything was FRESH. Th only problem was th Honey Sesame Chicken…..it was overcooked, I think. I’ve never had it, BUT, it wasn’t th “usual” Panda. Otherwise, it was great, as usual

First time passing by this location as we are traveling and the food here is great . Panda Express is always our choice restaurant and we tend to be very picky with food preparations and where we decide to visit based on reviews. As for our first time try here we are very pleased☺️. Food is very hot and well prepared as it should be . Staff here was also very welcoming, nice & friendly. Defenetly recommend this location especially for those taveling. Server Vincent .B was great , Thank You!
