Just went and got a loaded omelet biscuit and apparently the kitchen dont know what that is! This is the dumb shit I got, an egg and cheese biscuit without meat. Called to talk to the manager and big surprise no answer. Great crew!

We had never been to a Hardee’s always the other fast food places. You know them well. So one day we stop, went inside ordered our meal from actual friendly people not a kiosk. We sat down to clean tables and while eating one of the employees came by to chat..the burger we had was delicious tasted like prime rib, ok close to it! It was put together well not half assed..of the burger meat tasted fresh and good not like cardboard at other fast foods..We do breakfast there at least 2 times a week..and lunch at least 3 times a month. We love Hardee’s!!!

We placed our order using the mobile app. Went through the drive to pick it up. When we drove off and was getting the food out, we were missing a breakfast burrito and a loaded omelette biscuit. I parted and went in to get the rest of the order and had to tell three different people what I was missing before I got it.

My omelet biscuit didn’t have much omelette stuff in it. Over half the biscuit was cheese and egg and the other side had a little ham. Not a normal Load Omelette biscuit. More like oops forgot to load the omelette biscuit. Service was very fast considering the line was all the way around the building.
This is usually a really good Hardee’s compared to others. I won’t hold this anomaly against them.

I have no issues getting decent food at the Sanford Hardee’s, but old, cold, and rarely to order is the standard for this Carthage location. Threw my lunch away after one bite, dogs are as dry and over kept warm as they look…

Love Hardee’s breakfast over all the rest fast food places. Only one manager always gives me problems when I go through there. Not sure of her name but she is rude every single time to me if shes there when I get my breakfast. Everyone else is so nice.

The food is always fresh, the crew is always friendly and I have always gotten the correct items. Anymore that is more than you can expect from fastfood. There really is never a wait here except for the amount of time it takes to cook your food, but to wait for fresh food is fine with me. I will take that any time over not waiting and leaving quickly with old stuff.

I went to this location and got to see the “rude manager” that’s in other reviews and let me tell you she was not rude at all. She was kind and polite with me. And yes she was direct with her staff, but in an appropriate way that was sufficient for the young and what seemed to be still training staff. These days it is hard to find competent people to these work low wage jobs, she is simply doing the best she can to deliver excellent service. The food was hot and fresh too.
