Stopped in to try something new. Wow, was I impressed. Small little nook inside O’mara Ford dealership. Food was prepared with fresh ingredients including their own baked bread. Huge sandwich. Sales attended was friendly and courteous.

Food was sub par. Asked for lettuce, tomato and onion and didn’t get it. The lady argued with me and wouldn’t give me what I asked when she could of. Very disappointed. The guy that used you work there was so much better. The Hispanic lady was so rude I’ll never be back.

Hedi’s is amazing, been going here for years. Love their bread, and the Cajun Crab Cake is sandwich perfection.

So the man that served us did a great job making our sandwiches and he was kind enough. But he was the only one working. And you could see he was a little overwhelmed. Not his fault at all. Hire some help. He had to run the register also.
Then
1st. The hours are wrong. We went on a Friday says the hours are 8am to 7pm. Well they were closed for a bit between 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm. No big deal. We waited in the comfortable lobby.
2nd. They didn’t have soup at this location and no potato salad or coleslaw that are supposed to be a choice with your meal, you just get chips and a pickle or upgrade chips If you pay more. No apparent signage saying this either. Okay.
3rd. The skin was still on the salmon in the sandwich.
Just a note. This particular Heidi s is inside the dealership. I’m pretty sure they don’t make the bread at this location. But it was still fresh.
They have a gluten free bread. And the man making our sandwiches made sure to ask if it was a preference or an allergy. Good for him. I am still giving them a 4 for effort and because of the service.

Ordered two sandwiches, didn’t get pickles and one we ordered wasn’t on the menu so the girl made a different sandwich rather than telling us that they didn’t have the ingredients. When I returned to try and get the correct sandwich she couldn’t help me because she was on break and there was no one working. Don’t recommend.

Flashing OPEN sign was on. Google said they were open. Yet, not open. Drove out of our way then drove in circles trying to find the place only to be closed. What a joke of a business.

I went there today at 6:30 pm and it was closed even though the website and sign at the store says open. Same thing happened to me last Saturday, I arrived at 5:30 pm and closed again. Hours on website state open till 7pm on the days that I went to get a sandwich. Please update your hours on the website if they have changed or be sure to be open accordingly per your website. Very frustrating!

We ordered hot pastrami on light rye. The bread was like eating sawdust. The pastrami was ok but a little dry and not much taste. At least the workers were nice

Saddest operation ever. Opened late; 40 minutes to get a very average bagel. Two employees more interested in talking than serving or preparing. Sad that an otherwise great Ford Dealership would allow this substandard place on their property.
