This isn’t our first time here, and they’ve never let us down. The pizza was absolutely phenomenal — fresh, flavorful, and worth every bite. We did have a small hiccup that required a redo, but no worries at all! They handled it quickly and professionally. The quality of the food, the warm friendliness of the staff, and the way the manager treated us like royalty truly stood out. That kind of service keeps people coming back. We’ll definitely be returning again and again. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance — you won’t regret it.

We ventured to Gino’s on NYE for an early dinner, so the restaurant was fairly empty with a great playlist, which was a plus for us.

From the moment we entered, we were warmly greeted by most of the staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

We ordered the Aunt Amy and Meatball sandwich, and as you can see the portion sizes are huge. I could only eat half.

The meatball sandwich was good and the Aunt Amy sandwich was okay. There was a steady stream of people ordering takeout pizza, so that will be our next selection.

Overall, loved the experience. The vibe is very chill, the bakery is stocked, and the customer service is A+

I’ve been a fan of Gino’s since the early days when Gino and his dad were running their food truck so seeing them open this restaurant has been amazing! You can truly feel the love and passion they pour into their food and their space.

This time, my friend and I ordered one of their signature pizzas, vodka pasta, a few appetizers, wine, and desserts. Everything was excellent. The pizza had that perfect balance of crispy and chewy, and the pasta was cooked just right with such rich flavor.

The environment is warm and welcoming, with a great layout and even live music that really elevates the experience. Gino and his team are quality people serving quality food, and it shows.

If you love authentic, heartfelt Italian food and a great atmosphere, you’ll absolutely love Gino’s!

This was kinda so so for me. If eating in location, it is extremely busy. I cannot blame them if the food is good. When I ate there, kinda a waste of time if you know what I mean. Basically so busy it got annoying. Sure food was good, but waiting time was longer then expected. Came again (to do a take out) to eat home, but obviously by time I got home, pizza was cold. Will also say, when I picked up for home and eager to eat, my pizza (Margarita) was kinda burnt compared to the Vegi one I also got.

So, in conclusion, the place can serve you great food, but is busy so you better get ready to wait or hope you are lucky. Understand also they may run out. Otherwise should you order out, enjoy a cold pizza that may or may not be a bit burnt. Know good/great small joints have this issue. I know a place with AMAZING bbq. They are a small location. They run out so fast or are crazy busy. I cannot blame good location for doing well, also obviously we aren’t perfect. We all make mistakes and maybe today they might of overcooked my pizza by accident.

Heads up:
Another thing is the location is on a corner of a street with few parking. Please understand you may have issues finding a parking spot close by. Luckily I was able to get a spot very near but the moment I left, obviously another person took it.

This is a great for Italian food! The place is located in an old historical building in downtown Richmond. My wife and I ordered the Mozzarella Stix for an appetizer and the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and 18″ Margherita pizza. Everything was excellent and very flavorful. The pizza was a New York-style thin pizza.

Our first time eating here and it did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and professional, and we were seated at the front window for two—like a scene straight out of a movie. We half expected a mobster with a Tommy gun to start shooting through the window .

The food was delicious. The garlic knots are a must-try, and we finished with the panna cotta for dessert, which was absolutely tasty.

If you find any pizza in the Houston area better than this, let me know – because Gino’s Italian Joint is FANTASTIC! Great pizza (NY style, crisp but light and airy at the same time, which seems impossible yet they pull it off somehow), great apps, friendly efficient service – love this place.

We enjoyed the atmosphere. Our server was excellent. We started with 3 appetizers, all of which were wonderful!! (Pacino rolls, Mozzarella stix and garlic knots). We absolutely loved The Gino pizza! Dessert, we enjoyed the salted caramel gelato and cookies. We will be back! Support local businesses!!

This place does not miss. The pizza was incredible—authentic, perfectly made, and boosted by their New York water filtration system (which seriously makes it a million times better). The storefront and dessert bar were amazing, and the cannolis? Hands down unreal. We loved everything about this place.

We enjoyed our experience at Gino’s. The pizza, toppings, and calamari tasted fresh and were well seasoned. The food tasted much better than chain pizza restaurants. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Gabriel, our server, was great! The restaurant was very clean and welcoming of families of all ages. For dessert, we ordered the cinnamon roll and Gelato from the bakery. Both were soo good and the Belgium chocolate was so smoothe and delicious! I can’t wait to return!
