Today we placed two separate orders using the BOGO Black Friday ( Buy One, Get One Free) deal because we had family visiting from out of town. One order correctly applied the free pizza, but the other one did not. When they arrived, they only received 3 pizzas. When brought to their attention, they started the free pizza did not reflect on the order, the manager and an employee refused to honor the BOGO deal for the missing fourth pizza even though they acknowledged that the other order did apply the same promotion.
Their solution was for us to either pay full price for the extra pizza or have them void and completely redo the entire order while our other pizzas sat there getting cold. That is unacceptable customer service.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first bad experience we’ve had with this location. The last time we ordered from them, our pizza even had hair in it.
I do not recommend ordering from this place if you expect decent customer service or to be treated like a valued customer. This location has consistently shown they don’t care about their customers experience.

There was a very kind person named Erin that helped me out yesterday, I have many allergies and she helped me pick out the perfect thing to get! She was very considerate and patient with me, even though it took me a long time. The food was also amazing!

We came to Pizza Hotline in Charlotte Hall, Maryland for the first time to try dine-in, and it was a great experience. The cashier at the front counter, Brett, was awesome, super friendly, charismatic, and really informative. He took the time to explain things to us, offered coupons for future visits, and even gave us discounts right away based on those coupons. That kind of service makes you want to come back.
The food was fantastic. We ordered a cauliflower pizza, one loaded with meats and the other pepperoni with the rings. Both were delicious. Everything tasted fresh, and the crust on the cauliflower pizza was spot on.
Overall, we left impressed. Between the great service from Brett and the quality of the food, we are definitely planning to come back.

Very disappointed. Ordered two calzones and a ceasar salad last night and my husband woke up very ill after eating the calzone… similar to food poison Symptoms. I ate the salad last night and ive never heard of a ceasar salad having a TON of red onions but picked around it and took my left over calzone to work for lunch today. I get half way through it and realize it tastes super sweet and funky… turns out the entire thing was uncooked, raw dough. Hoping that i dont also get sick from this food. Called to talk to the manager and she acted like she didnt care. Just said she would pass on the message to the owner and the cooks from last night… bad customer service considering you have someone who was violently ill from eating your RAW dough calzone. Just giving a heads up to anyone who is looking to eat here in the near future…

Great hometown pizza place that’s arguably the best in the area. Fresh dough, ingredients, and service make Pizza Hotline an easy choice. The crust is on the doughy side but that doesn’t hold it back. Solid football pizza.

Pizza is really good. But limited menu. Also ordered a create your own canzone with peperoni, spinach and onion. After cutting my first piece and only getting a half small peperoni i decided to inspect. There was only 7 pepperonis for the price i would expect WAY more peperoni. Front of house staff was amazing and super nice when I picked up!

Ordered 12 pizzas for a casual rehearsal dinner. Ordered a few days ahead. Pulled at a 7 pm and the last pizza was being boxed! Perfect, fresh and hot! Could not have been happier. Everyone loved it!
