Stopped to get my favorite salad in the metroplex. Chicken Strawberry although the Chicken Apple was better as far as I’m concerned but that was removed.
Great salad enough for 2 meals for me anyway.
A few booths in this shop but not really a place I would sit down and eat at. Other Schlotsky’s have very friendly upscale seating areas.

I ordered a veggie sandwich just the way I like it, and instead got a turkey with bacon sandwich, which I can’t eat. I’ve been calling this location to let them know and they won’t answer their phone. Ubereats is willing to reimburse for the sandwich, but I’m still out for the other stuff and the tip. Won’t order from this Schlotzsky’s location again.

This was a good experience but fell short of 5 stars for one reason. I asked for spicy mustard or Dijon and they put regular yellow mustard on it. It wasn’t what I asked for, it wasn’t what I was expecting so, I felt a little dissatisfied when I realized the problem. It was a decent sandwich but would’ve been even better had they applied the condiments I requested.

We got dinner to go tonight. At home I realized my salad did not have any of the second primary ingredient – avocado. I thought I’d just deal with it, until I discovered my broccoli cheese soup was completely watered down with no broccoli. I drove back over, and the manager was amazing. She prepared a new salad and soup, which were absolutely perfect and delicious. She told me to keep the first salad as well. She was extremely gracious and apologetic. My husband’s supreme pizza was the best he’s had there. We will definitely bring our business back to a place that k owns how to make things right, in addition to having great food.

Tried the smoky cheesy. Pretty good. Although the staff/service is pretty slow. That can happen anywhere when short staffed but that wasn’t the case here. I suppose the 3 stars is an average of 4 for the food and 2 for the service.

We ordered the 10″ Double Cheese Pizza, 10″ Pepperoni & Double Cheese Pizza, and 2 Minibon Rolls for the kids. They really enjoyed the pizzas and rolls. The drive-thru line was a little bit of a wait, but the service was pretty quick once I ordered my food.

Food was great and came out quickly but the boy with the Kansas hat and no name tag at the front register was extremely rude. Had many rude sayings like “okay are yall ready to order now?” along with rude gestures. Didn’t give us a number for our order but gave one to everyone else…… threw my cup at me and threw our food at us as he said “okay here’s your food” and storming off. Didn’t see this treatment with other customers that came in after.

OMG if you’ve not had the Chicken Bacon Avocado pizza at Schlotzsky’s, you’re most definitely missing out!!! So good and fresh! I only gave it 4 stars bc there could’ve been a little more chicken on it, but it was definitely 1 of the best I’ve had and I’m very very picky on eating any kind of pizza!
