Cupbop offers authentic Korean taste in a convenient cup form, ready to eat on the go. Service was prompt and friendly. The dishes would be healthier if they were true to Korean style bibimbap, with more veggies and less meat. Also the kimchi and other items all seemed a bit sweet, perhaps skewed toward the American palate. Overall, a good choice and worth another visit.

I ordered Cupbop through DoorDash and was severely disappointed with what I received. I’ve ordered from this location before and have never had this issue, which makes this even more frustrating.
Both bowls only came with three small pieces of chicken and two mandoo each, and everything was noticeably burnt. I also ordered a K-Dawg, which arrived burnt and missing some of the toppings.
For the price, this was really unacceptable. I’m hoping this was just an off night, but the quality and portion size were far below what I’ve experienced here before.

Love the food at cupbop! Haven’t been back in a while. Just thought Id jump on here and WARN those on work lunch that this location has decided to run ONE employee in the morning. If you’re looking to get in and out, HARD PASS until they fix this problem. I’ll delete once they figure it out. Not cool guys. Love the food, but not waiting around for 10 – 15min when there is no line.

I have to say, this was phenomenally delicious. It’s a very basic concept, but holy cow, these guys have unique blends of tastes and high-quality food down to a science! The sauces were so good! I got the tangy fried chicken and the beef, and my wife got the fried chicken over gluten-free sweet potato noodles. She loved it! I loved mine as well. We will be back a million times. The staff were helpful, and the place was extremely clean inside.

So, after coming here many times since it’s opening, I have to say, this specific spot doesn’t live up to the hype. My issues began, not woth the food, but more woth the service…. then the food.
1st visit: Was just fine. I did find out I did not care for the noodles. However, the rice, cabbage and mondoo were fantastic.
2nd visit: I ordered the same thing. However, asked for the noodles to be substituted for more rice. Mind you, I did not ask for ‘extra’ rice, this was a substitution. I was charged for extra rice. I explained this to the cashier, but she looked at me like a deer caught in headlights.
3rd visit: Same thing happened!!!
I reached out via email to the owner, manager, or whoever it was that the sign said to reach out to. I explained my situation, he agreed. Said he would talk to staff.
4th visit: Went perfect!
I though all was well. Then was charged for extra rice, and this time, mondoo was cold. I was in a rush and blew it off.
Some time later I came in again. No mondoo available and I didnt mind waiting. While waiting, the two girls working couldn’t help but complain and curse nonstop. Thank goodness I was the only person in the store at the time. However, when I got the food, the mondoo was again cold (on the inside), rice was dry and tasted like it sat for a long time.
I don’t know what’s going on. But I would love this place to get better. I enjoy the type of food, but dont think I will be going back anytime soon.

What a cool place! Very tasty food and the person helping us was fantastic. I got the beef and chicken with the CupBop special, it definitely has some kick to it but it’s not over whelming!

Wow!!! This place lived up to the hype. The sweet potato noodles and fried chicken is so delicious, and my husband and I even fought over the mandoo (worth getting the largest size). Codex was an awesome server! So friendly and had great food suggestions. Can’t wait to go back and try other cups!

Decided to come back after it’s been a bit since my last visit. I ordered the combo bop with the pork and chicken. When I got home to finally dig in, I was disappointed with it. The first time I had gone there, they filled the bowl up completely and got my moneys worth. But this time, they clearly gave me less food and the pork with my meal was burnt. When I mix the bowl in I could see that I had less noodles, greens, and rice than what I was used to. All the pork in my bowl were burnt around the edges and everytime I took a bite. I had a burnt taste to deal with. The only upside was the chicken katsu. This place used to be so much better when it first opened but now it’s going down hill. If you’re craving KBBQ, don’t go here. It’s not worth it if you get skimped out on food and some it is served burnt. This is just terrible.

Food was great. Family had several different meats and it all tasted fresh. Facility was clean and staff was friendly. We didn’t know how the process worked and they patiently explained it to us. Will definitely be back when we get back to AZ

This place is very tasty and perfect for a quick lunch. We had two combos – one with fried chicken and beef and one with pork and beef – at the 7.5 spicy level. They were both delicious with just the right amount of sweet to spicy ratio! I only deducted a star because the sweet potato noodles were lukewarm (leaning on cold) which took away from the hot food feel of the dish. The rice and meats were all appropriately hot. If the noodles had been hot as well, I would have rated this place 5 stars for sure!
