Otto(Auto) the young man at the Ashley River Rd store in Charleston, is so friendly, customer service is amazing. All of the gentlemen that work there are very nice. They definitely take care of us every time we come.
Food is 90% of the time amazing. Not that big a fan of your bacon, but most days is good. Pizza always Good. Puffs and Chocolate Lava cakes are really good. What most stands out is youŕ NIGHT SHIFT CREW!!!! Those guys treat us with respect, always kind, always have smiles on thier faces, and they always take care of us. 10 STARS

I went and picked up my order after ordering online and when I got home I realized I had only pepperoni on my meatza. Which is supposed to have a bunch of meat on it. Of course I have someone here getting hangry at me so I called the store and mr.devon answered with a bit of aggravation I asked why my pizza only had pepperoni on it. With a cool level head this fella goes to explaining when we ordered we for some reason took all the meat off and had nothing but extra pepperoni on it. Im In disbelief amd he tells me to look at the receipt and too my astonishment he was right! We had somehow ordered the pizza wrong. Mr Devon expertly explained that a refund was out of the question (which i wouldn’t have asked for) but what he could do was remake the pizza with the corrected ingredients. Have to say that I’m truly grateful that he answered the phone. Now I get another chance to escape this hungry hippo beside me and I don’t have to spend another 20 bucks! I really appreciate this store and the way they handled this situation. Thankful to Devon and his crew.

I ordered pizza on Thursday night I only had 40 in cash instead of using my card. The driver came to drop off my order and I gave him (2) 20s and he gave my 9 dollars back. I went into my place and did the math it’s should have been 19. And some change. I went to yell and chase him but had no luck. I called the store right away and was told he would bring back my change well the drive never showed up. I called again the next morning and was told he doesn’t come in until 5 and that they would have him come back and confirm my address and my phone number well still no one showed up. So I called again and was told that the driver did give me the right change. And that’s all I got. This is crazy that I can’t get my change back. I guess the driver really needs the last of my money. The driver can’t do math and is a liar. I will never order from here. I will be going to Corp over this.

I have given this location many of chances 5 to be exact. Can’t seem to get a simple order right. Well done pizza how hard is it? Instead I get undercooked pizza. Each time I order i spend 50 plus dollars. Not cool at all… Just a couple of pepperonis but crap load of pineapples… Is there pepperoni shortage here?? Then center of all my pizzas are raw… When yall fix the issue let me know. Until then Pizza Hut it is..

The workers were very unwelcoming and unfriendly. I stood waiting for someone to acknowledge me at the counter for about 4 minutes before someone spoke to me. And even then the guy who took my order was not being polite and when I asked questions he just shook his head instead of speaking.

I haven’t had dominos in years, and this place was amazing. The crust is soft and delicious, and the workers were quick to make the order. It’s just a perfect place for fast and scrumptious pizza. 3 stars is such a low rating. This place seems better than that

Pizza is usually pretty good. Tonight was not the case. Cheese pizza was burnt and had hardly any sauce. Thin crust pizza was extra crispy, dry, and sauce looked burnt as well. Sausage and pepperoni pizza was overcooked as well. Philly tots were good, no issues there. I’ve ordered from here many times and tonight was the first the food was almost inedible. The pizza is never cut all the way through so have a pizza cutter handy. It’s Friday so I’m chalking this up to trying to get a bunch of orders out at once.

The app messed up our order and changed it to a regular cheese pizza. we called to try and change it but the employee said only thing we can do is order a new pizza and lose out on our money for the other one. also said we had to go through the support team in the app.

Absolutely the worst service I have gotten from here besides the hour late delivery a month ago!!! Today I arrive 10 min after the ready time posted online and then it says 8 min on the TV ok fine, I then proceed to wait 35 min till I finally get to pay for it and they didn’t take cash. I get home and the pasta was the wrong one, chicken alfredo instead of carbonara, also the wings (8 COUNT) were pathetic! Hardly bigger than the size of a dime and the pizza was the only decent thing with a soggy crust which I finished cooking at home. I’m requesting a full refund!!!

We ordered a large cheese regular crust pizza & a large thin crust the works minus onions, but added banana peppers. I ordered one garlic butter sauce. When we picked it up we didn’t know until we left that the garlic butter was open & leaked out all over one side of the works pizza & it wasn’t cut all the way through. We had to use our own pizza cutter to finish cutting it. My daughter got garlic butter all over her & the cloth car seat. I spent $50 & now have to spend more to get garlic butter out of her clothes & off the car seat. The pizza was good, but for $50 it wasn’t worth the mess.
