I placed an order online and when I get there to pickup, drive thru lady stated can I help you and thats it. I tried talking to her ie: did u want me to pull forward but I got zero response. I then go into restaurant and wait to get addressed. I explain to lady how I went thru drive thru but no one responded. She states ” oh I got busy” Not only was this not the response I wanted but down right rude. Employees seem to forget, without us customers you wouldnt have a job. I then get to food and it was horrible. Curly fries tasted like old burnt grease beyond, my Jamoca milkshake was not only just white but tasted like a vanilla. Curly fries were cold as well and ham and cheese sliders that were fir my dogs, went to the trash as my dogs wouldnt even eat them. I dont know what happened in this situation with my order but it was enough that I will not be returning to this establishment. I have worked at fast food jobs and been in customer service for years and this is not how it should have went. Word of mouth goes far with us consumers, Arbys, you seriously need to do better.

OMG….HEALTH DEPARTMENT needs to check this place out. Walked in around 3 pm. Not one table cleaned, food on the floor, seats dirty, floor sticky, sauce dispenser sticky where you press down. So absolutely disgusting.
I worry that if they keep it this filthy, they are not concerned with hand hygiene. So I pray we don’t get ecoli or anything else.
You can see the filth on the hand wipe I used on the table.

Asked for Xtra cheese sauce, knew I should have just gotten the cup on the side of it. Barely any on this thing.
I had it remade, turns out two little pumps one on top and bottoms is normal. They had me open it in the store, I had a weird panic attack in my car because I don’t like controversy and felt super embarrassed opening my sandwich on the counter to see the amount of cheese.
I offered to purchase an extra cheese cup (they had offered to remake the sandwich and I agreed). They gave me a cheese cup with it. So now I know the amount of cheese is not equal to the amount of roast beef on a double beef and cheese and to order a cheese cup from now on…. At a different location I’ll never go back after feeling so embarrassed.

This place is definitely worth stopping by when you’re hungry. The store is always clean. They’ve made huge improvements to the inside and out. Robert and his staff are always super pleasant to work with, and the food is always fresh and tasty! 10/10 recommend.

I just had the most amazing gyro made by T’von. I accidentally forgot to say roast beef but this happy mistake led me to meeting the person who cooked it. He explained to detail how he prepares it, and he does an amazing job.
We’re just passing by this part of the country and I’m so glad to have met the person who took our order (guy with an eye covered, sorry I can’t remember you name) and ther person who prepared our food, T’von. There are amazing workers in places that you least expect, I hope the AC gets fixed so you can work in better conditions. Thank you for giving your very best, my family and I really appreciate it!
