We have consistently had problems with the timeliness of the order at this 5 Guys location. Every time I’ve ordered ahead and asked for something to be ready, it has been delayed by at least 10-20 min with sometimes being delayed even longer than that! I always love the food and that’s why we keep coming back but I would recommend ordering to have it done 15 min before you plan to pick it up to make sure that you get it in time.
Update: 6.4.24 Todays service at 130pm was great. Staff was friendly, got the order correct and our food was timely and delicious!

The burger tasted as good as it used to be. However the fries were way way too salty which made it not possible at all to consume. Please please do not dump salt to the fries and consider Customers real situation and be realistic.

Okay, it’s expensive. But what’s your yard stick? It’s sort of ridiculous to compare Five Guys to fast food like McDonald’s, Burger King, or Wendy’s.
Five Guys is all fresh, made to order. And let’s compare portions. You’d need two burgers and fries elsewhere to match the sheer throw weight of a Five Guys meal.
And let’s talk about those fries. Five Guys is the bomb daddy of fries. I dare you: go Google the ingredients of those other places frozen fries. Five Guys fries have one ingredient: potatoes. Made fresh. No contest.

I used to work here for years. So I know how things are supposed to be done. I came here 2 times in the past week to overpay for hotdogs and burgers. First time i ordered a cheese dog and i didnt open my food til I got home, no cheese, which I payed extra for. Second time I just went today. Ordered a patty melt, mind you there was NO ONE in there. Peanut crumbs all over the tables for one and two, the manager himself made my burger. The bun was as black as tar, completely overcooked bun, I ate the burger because I paid $10 for a 1 patty burger and I was hungry, but obviously management has gone completely downhill while prices have skyrocketed. Gotta do better for charging that much.

They’re stingy with their portions, the fries wasn’t filled to the brim and falling in the bag like most 5 Guy’s. The sandwich is not stuffed and not much flavor even though I added condiments.

What happened to this restaurant? Horrible, fries are undercooked and congealed every time. Burgers are dry, toppings old, both Five Guys in the area are horrible. I’ve given both locations multiple chances. I end up throwing out most of the meal every time because it’s not cooked. Lost a lifetime customer. Stay away!

We had a great experience here. The food is excellent. The fries were awesome. The shakes are fantastic!! My family and I were passing thru and were welcomed as if we always go there. After today’s experience, I will definitely make another trip. I also recommend others to go here. The food is great. The service is on point and It was very clean. And don’t forget the free peanuts. Get some free peanuts.

we were at this location 6/27/23. It was my 1st time ever having five guys but my husband has had it several times. We definitely recommend this store location . The 2 gentlemen that was at this location was so nice and they cooked our food so yummy. They were very professional. I thought it was cool that we could eat peanuts when we waited for our food that my favorite snack . So everything was delicious and perfect. The burgers are so good and feeling. And we tried the Cajun fries 1st time for me as well wow definitely delicious! Definitely recommend to go to this location. I will if I’m back in the area.
