Our goal is to make you smile with every sip, that’s why when you stop by one of our locations you’ll see a smiley face sticker smiling right back at you on every cup. Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. Then, it’s roasted with care and love in small batches, staying true to the art of crafting quality coffee and ensuring a smooth, rich and delicious finish. I had a very uncomfortable experience at this location in Paola, KS. I had just gone through the drive-thru and was sitting in the parking lot, which was nearly empty, when I was told I needed to leave because they “needed the parking space.” At the same time, there was a white woman sleeping in a car right next to me who was not asked to move. That inconsistency raised serious concerns for me.
I don’t jump to conclusions or bring race into situations lightly. I’m married to a white woman and have biracial children, so this is not something I point out casually. However, the treatment I received felt unequal and unjustified.
After spending my hard-earned money here, I expect to be treated with the same respect as any other paying customer. My money spends the same as anyone else’s. No customer should feel singled out or treated differently.
Very disappointing experience.

I put a complaint in on the app but no one ever responded. One of their employee were in the back talking about me and my personal life like I couldn’t hear them in the back talking about me. Im sure it was even caught on the stores cameras. I haven’t gone back and since I haven’t been contacted and nothing has been done to try and fix it I won’t be going back. If I don’t hear something soon I will be going up to corporate. The things said were not okay and ruined my entire day that day and my love for scooters. I’ll go to other locations but definitely not this one until its a safe environment again.

I really enjoy coming here to get my coffee that keeps me sane. The kids in here are so fun when I come through and always make me feel so welcome. I truly enjoy seeing them. My last time in was a little different. There was a Jackie that the kids told me was the manager. She was talking rude to the kids and didn’t have the most friendly behavior. I personally apologized to the kid because I thought it was out of line to talk to people like that and make them feel less than. I still gave 3 stars since the kids in here are wonderful but I would really think about how valuable this Jackie is in a customer service position.

Oh my stars where to begin! Today was the third time I’ve been through and let me tell you! This establishment is amazing!
The young man at the window was such a sweetheart! He had a smile on his face and such a bubbly personality! He had me smiling and laughing with him which is just so delightful! He truly made my day and was just a bright shining light guiding my morning.
The service was so fast and the pumpkin caramel blender I got was just phenomenal!!! I cannot wait until my next trip to the area in a few months!!
