A great place to eat breakfast. I have never had lunch or dinner there. Always friendly staff and Bonnie is the best. She always has a smile on her face and makes you feel like she is your good friend. It is usually busy when we are there but the noise level is decent enough that you can hold a conversation without raising your voice. The food is delicious . I definitely recommend

Ordered for pick up and the service and food were top tier. Had 4-5 staff check-in to ensure I was being looked after. They worked together to put together my large order in a timely manner and even helped me carry it out to my car.

Fitz is the best! It’s rare to find a restaurant that the whole family can enjoy. It’s my kids’ favourite spot for sure! All the dishes are loaded with flavour, everything is served hot, portion sizes are great, and it’s affordable! When a family of 4 can eat well under $100.00 I consider it a win. I guarantee you’re eating good and leaving satisfied when you come here. I personally love the jerk chicken nachos.

Convivial neighbourhood sports bar/restaurant that’s got a large, loyal and mostly local following. Service is great – really friendly and efficient and is one of the highlights of coming here. Sundays when it’s really busy mainly with post church seniors things are a little slower but nothing too bad. The food has always been very good – generous portions, good quality and in terms of value for money it’s one of the best places around. It’s a neighbourhood institution and it deserves that accolade fully.

First time here, came for dinner. Only a handful of places that serve BBQ in Ottawa and this one took the crown for me. I was here for the double, got brisket and ribs. Got an appropriate amount of each meat, and a healthy portion of mac and cheese. Ordered the coleslaw as well. Wasn’t busy so I didn’t wait long, so everything was hot and fresh. Brisket was tender with a slight tug, good fat to meat ratio, fat was melt in your mouth. Ribs were pleasantly meaty, nice bark on them, nice amount of their in house BBQ sauce too. We will definitely come back!
