When I’m in the mood for a healthier lunch, I’ll go to Pulp for a chicken wrap and small smoothie. Both are always very good. The service is quick as well. I can usually call ahead and pick up my food five minutes later. It comes out to around $12 for those two items. I know it’s a corporate thing, but the biggest downside to me is all the single use food containers. The wraps come in a pretty heavy duty plastic to-go container and the smoothies come in a styrofoam cup with a plastic lid and straw. If the company could find a way to use better packaging, I wouldn’t hesitate to give five stars.

Very basic principle- say thank you been here at least 6 times in the last few months and I have never heard not one single thank you.
Without customers, you don’t have a paycheck.
The staff is always uptight and say “hello” in an obligatory fashion. These drinks and food are not cheap and it’s not crazy to think you should show appreciation for your customer base.
