Very disappointed with the service. The staff behaved very rudely and did not speak respectfully. I did not feel welcomed as a customer. Customer service should be polite and helpful, but my experience was not good. I hope the management looks into this issue and improves staff behavior.

I barely got but a few drizzles. I try different time different days. They are cheap on their products. I say something to them, they willdrizzle a little on top. Maybe it who l am don’t know. Try doing the survey ,there store seem not to exist on the app. Just going to stop going to Ellicott city one and try a new location

What a great selection of products here. They have all your favorite coffee , donut, bagel choices in addition to 32 different flavors of ice cream as well as 3 freezers of ready-serve quarts and cakes. This DD is ready to serve with a friendly & efficient staff. Clean bathrooms. Thanks!

I order the same thing every time but now I think I’m going to opt out of going to this place anymore. Service is mediocre and my drink is made poorly 8 times out of ten. It’s really a gamble on who makes you food so I’d rather not go at all. The atmosphere of the place was okay

Worst Dunkin I’ve been to. I hate going here I’d rather drive 30 min rather than go here. I am ok with the morning service but oh god the night service is HORRIBLE. The lady is so rude… first of all I have to say hello like 10 times at the speaker and she doesn’t understand my order properly. Then when I get to the window I’m trying to pay with Apple Pay and rather than help push the machine a little closer to me I had to literally open my car door and pay with Apple Pay. Worst part I made sure I asked for very light ice. When I get the drink it’s full of ice and I tell her, she says “oh this light ice, you can’t have only milk.” Like bro….. never going there again.
