Usually the food comes out ok. I ordered a Teriyaki Bowl this last time. I haven’t ordered one of these in awhile. I always use the app. Unfortunately on the app I couldn’t order with extra chicken which I use to do routinely, and egg rolls and their tacos. I prefer the Monster Tacos but they only have them during Halloween. The Teriyaki bowl actually had a decent amount of chicken still would have liked the ability to order extra, but they skimped on the rice of all things. I would have thought the opposite because the rice is the cheapest ingredient. The egg rolls were very good as always.

On an average I’ll come by here once a week. I only order online and go pickup drive thru because it’s always late night. The food is always good because I would order exactly what I want online and love the fact that there is a reward program that simple to earn points. I highly recommend to download the app. Their tacos are simple but addicting and the breakfast sandwiches are good and good deal online.

Took like 20mins to go thru drive thru, they ran out of EVERYTHING we wanted to order (DOWN TO THE RANCH SAUCE). We settled for jack wraps & Chicken sandwich that the worker said at first he only had in spicy. I said no spicy, he responded with “okay regular”. When I got my order the chicken and fries were burnt, and the wraps had spicy chicken in them that tasted like it was rinsed off to try and pass as regular. Do yourself a favor and drive to the next jackbox, it was so terrible that I didn’t even want to go back and try to rectify my order and have to sit in line for another 20 or 30 minutes to just get the same horrible food. After reading other reviews- DEAR OWNER don’t AI a response to me directing me to hey Jack.COM website, sounds to me like you just don’t give a crap by your answers. Just sounds like AI garbage and nothing getting done to fix the problem.

Jack in the box is an American style of fast food. The vegetables in the hamburger are arranged in a way that everything falls out. The soda tastes like tap water, probably because the filters haven’t been changed in a while – it’s undrinkable. The French fries are clumped together. Someone left a mess in the bathroom (in my opinion, this isn’t the cafe’s problem, but rather a problem with the customer’s culture and upbringing for not cleaning up after themselves). Overall, the lunch was terrible. Jack in the box is going on my blacklist, and it was the first and last time I visited it.

I ordered a boba milk tea and boba was hard as a rock (I’m not exaggerating) it wasn’t chewy. We weren’t given any napkins either, and the boxes where the tiny tacos were served were halfway empty. 6 minutes of wait for dissapoiment. I will not be coming back to this jack in the box it sucks!!!!
