I get the same drink most times, and it’s not one that originally comes with whip cream. i never order a drink with whip, yet there’s been multiple occasions where whip is added and when asked to correct it i’m told i need to specify no whip? on a drink that doesn’t come with whip? simply stating “oh my drink didn’t come with whip cream” doesn’t warrant making the customer feel stupid for what they ordered when it literally doesn’t come with whip cream like i need to spell out don’t add something that doesn’t come on it?? come on

What a sweet message on our coffees! Usually home delivery coffees don’t give sweet messages and this just meant the world to us!! I took a photo to show you how happy you made me! I live up on Mount Scott and order from you often you made our Sunday!! You all have to be the coolest and savviest people around! I ordered a few items on the mobile app that included two cake pops. When I went to go pick it up, it was never communicated through the drive thru intercom, or at the window that they only had one cake pop available. Instead of communicating this, they gave me one cake pop in a bag, and then one empty with a note written on it. I only realized this when I got home. I wasn’t refunded on the app either. If you order here, make sure your items are accounted for before you drive off from the window.

Came in here to get a water for my diabetic mother. They said they don’t give water for free anymore. I told the girl at the counter rhats fine just charge me for whatever so I can get her a water. She double down and said we don’t sale water. Again I Said that’s ok just charge me for whatever I’ll pay $10 for it even my diabetic mother needs water. I asked here are you denying a biatbetic water? She then replied with “I’m no longer speaking to you” and walked away from the counter. I had to ask another worker for a manager, he was briefed and apologized saying the same thing, I let him know, no I was willing to pay whatever, I just need a water. Finally he ordered me up for some random $4 product, which is fine, like I said I do not care about paying for it. I let him know how rude the original girl was, and as I’m telling him she runs over and yells I NEVER SAID THAT regarding refusing to sell me a water for my mother or stating she was no longer willing to help me. 0/10 location and customer service.

Nice locations. The inside is very spacious with plenty of seating. The staff was very friendly. The drinks were good. Not great but good. Also asked for it warm instead of not and it still came hot. Overall a decent Starbucks as far as Starbucks go. I would come again.

Went in with my girls and after 25 minutes of waiting and being ignored after our order we had to leave without our order. They were only making orders for the drive thru which was flying by. The workers in the store were non responsive to the 7 people waiting for different orders in the store. RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL once they got our payment. Nothing like I would ever expect from Starbucks.

Today I came with my little daughter for coffee and dessert for my baby! And I had an incident with discrimination! After standing in line for 20-25 minutes due to the incompetence of the employees! Having driven up to the window with orders, I ordered a cappuccino that was not very hot and asked to make it stronger and not to add a lot of milk! Since recently, when buying coffee (cappuccino), I drank only milk!!!!! And, cappuccino is prepared differently, they add foam from the milk to it! So, having ordered dessert for my child! The girl did not understand and asked me again and disappeared, saying wait and asking me again! And she said that this is a problem!!! I asked her again what the problem is! She said okay!!! Having driven up to the window, another girl said that I was rude to the intern employee! and they didn’t sell me coffee and my child’s dessert! I said fine for the coffee but what about the child’s dessert? They told me we won’t serve you! It’s very rude of you to treat customers like that! You can review the cameras and see that I wasn’t rude!!!!!

They took a half hour on our drinks. We asked nicely when they were going to come out 25 minutes into waiting and they didn’t even say sorry or give us a discount of any kind. Very poor customer service.
