Been coming here since it opened. It ks about 30 minute ride but it is worth it. Been too other hot pots close to home but none are even close to the quality and service as this one. Fresh veggies, noodles, meats.. you can tell the people working here care about their product and clients

We pass by this restaurant frequently when we’re in the area and we finally decided to try it. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in with how beautiful it was and how high quality the ingredients were. The broth selections we chose were good!
When we went the price was about $36 per person which was on par with a lot of the other hot pot places in the area. We had to really flag down our waiter for water refills and more orders (we were one of two groups in the restaurant at the time), but other than that this was a great experience.

My friend and I visited this hot pot restaurant some time ago. The food options and portions were decent, but only some things on the menu were of great quality. However, the service was excellent, and our server was amiable. As for the interior decor, they have many things on display that may not be to everyone’s taste.

The food was okay—fresh and delicious. However, I didn’t like that we were required to order from all categories on the menu during the first round before being allowed to order freely. Since I eat mainly animal-based foods, I had to order some vegetables and fish balls that I wasn’t very interested in. I would have preferred to just eat mostly beef with a few other items. Their rule just isn’t for me. It costs $25.50 for weekday lunch, $35 for dinner and weekends, and $9.50 for kids.

Place was pretty nice and could handle big groups. Only downfall is probably the parking space as it could get busy on the strip they are in.
Variety of meat and veggies options even their broth have decent choices too. The sauce bar was pretty nice.
Service was fast and easy.

GOM Shabu did not disappoint! The food was great and everything tasted fresh, especially the veggies — super crisp and high quality. The service was also excellent; the staff was attentive and friendly the whole time. I also really like that they offer mandu, which was a nice surprise and a perfect addition to the meal. Overall, highly recommend if you’re craving a good shabu-shabu experience!

So I have to admit I have been living near Annandale for almost 4 years and I really don’t give their food scene enough credit. That changes now. If you like hot pot and you live anywhere near Annandale this is your place, don’t go anywhere else. The food is absolutely fantastic. It’s all you can eat and the prices are reasonable. The staff we interacted with were ate friendly and professional. We were asked if we had dined with them before and when we replied no, the waiter went through the menu thoroughly and answered any questions on taste preferences. We also tried flavored soju for the first time…apple….it was pretty good. You just can’t beat this place for the experience of cooking your own stew with fresh ingredients. The parking lot is small and the wait can be long; so be prepared and check Google or the O My Hot Pot website ahead of time for wait times. They do not take reservations. Thank you!
