We went there for my mother‘s birthday and As soon as I walked into the door, I knew I would love everything there. The atmosphere is beautiful. Everyone is very kind. The food is phenomenal. If it’s your first time, here’s some suggestions for you.

Appetizer, get the wings, get the pimento dip and get their fresh baked bread with the lavender honey butter And the elote corn dip All 10 out of 10.

Entrée wise, the chicken sandwich with fries was amazing. My family all got that and loved it. I got the pecorino chicken with french fries and broccolini, and it was fire!!!!!

Drink wise, get the espresso martini or the seasonal sangria. Those both were definitely a 10 out of 10!

Thank you so much, Olinda, we will be back for many more occasions!!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

We had a lovely meal and visit! The Elote dip was delicious, we could have had more chips but finished it as a side, didn’t want it to go to waste! Shrimp risotto and the chicken was good as well! The chocolate chip skillet cookie was a perfect ending 🙂 I loved the changing art on the screen, we have that in my art studio as well and I noticed it right away! Beautiful decor! The club music was a bit odd but we just laughed it off 🙂 Wonderful addition to our community!

Such an elegant and delicious restaurant to add to the Gervasi Pantheon!

I’m openly a shill for the Gervasi restaurants. I’ve been to each multiple times, and I have always found the food and service to be extremely value oriented for the Canton area. They are one of the few upscale restuarant collectives in the area that seeks to maximize the guest experience.

I attended the soft launch last Wednesday, and my group of 4 had a blast. Gypsy, our waitress, was both kind and extremely up to snuff on the menu. Some highlights for your consideration:

Cheese Cigars, the Bread service, and the elite dip are all worthwhile, but picking one I would focus the Bread Service. The rosemary honey butter should just be sold in jars. I’m sure it’s a simple emulsion, but they nailed it.

I loved my Halibut. It’s pricy at $46, but it comes with a serving of spinach and a puree that’s rich and sweet.

In terms of dessert, we tried everything, but the butter cake was the only dessert worth writing home about. It’s similar to a chess pie, with crispy outside and a soft interior, perfect with the ice cream.

I rate this one just below or on par with Gervasi’s Bistro. The beautiful blue and gold interior was lovely.

I want to come back and try the ribs!

Olinda is a standout addition to Canton’s dining scene—and a welcome extension of the Gervasi experience.

This is a Gervasi destination property, though it’s not located on the vineyard grounds. Instead, Olinda sits in a shopping plaza in Canton, making it far more accessible while still delivering the same signature pours and elevated cocktail craftsmanship Gervasi is known for.

From the moment you walk in, the space feels modern, polished, and inviting—upscale without being stuffy. The atmosphere works equally well for date night, a girls’ dinner, or a relaxed evening out. Especially impressive for a soft opening, the energy was strong and the service attentive without feeling intrusive.

The cocktail program absolutely lives up to the Gervasi name: thoughtfully curated, beautifully presented, and expertly balanced. These are intentional pours—not overly sweet, not heavy-handed—and clearly crafted by a team that knows what they’re doing.

Food-wise, everything landed. The sandwiches were hearty and flavorful with perfectly crisp fries, and the halibut was a highlight—beautifully cooked, flaky, and plated with care. Each dish felt refined yet approachable, striking that balance between comfort and sophistication.

Overall, Olinda delivers the polish and quality you expect from a Gervasi property, in a more convenient, everyday location. It’s the kind of place you’ll return to—not just for special occasions, but because the food, drinks, and atmosphere make it an easy yes.

Highly recommend. Canton needed this—and it delivers.

it appears to desperately need a manager/front of house.

made a reservation at 4:30 PM but arrived at 4 PM. The young lady at the front desk seemed perplexed because she had “already checked us in” so there was nothing she could do about us being there at 4 PM except to wait until 4:30 PM, even though they were open and empty. We decided to go to the bar.

We ordered martinis when the bill came. We found out the martinis were $23 apiece and they were short pours. We were told that they were $23 apiece because it was extra for a martini up double in fact. no offense intended, but this is Canton Ohio. I pay less in New York City and California for martinis that are twice that size.

The food was nothing special, but not terrible. I ordered the crispy rice which as you can see from the pictures on the website versus the pictures of my plate were nothing alike . The chicken wings were very dark and looked like they have been cooked at least twice.

The interior design is absolutely fantastic, but it is the only win. Perhaps this restaurant will get some wind under it sails with a manager.

The butter cake was a butter soufflé and could have benefited greatly from any sort of a berry to add some tightness to the richness. it Was too sweet.

Staff was not unfriendly but not great just an all around disappointing experience. I hope they get better. We won’t know because we won’t be back.

Hot take about Olinda…
We finally made it in to try the new spot everyone’s been talking about. First off — the drinks were very good. Easily the highlight of the night. And our server was fantastic — attentive, friendly, and on point the whole time. No complaints there at all.
That said… we just weren’t fans of the food. I ordered my steak medium rare, erring on the side of rare — and it came out more like medium well, erring on the side of well. That’s always a tough one, especially when you’re looking forward to a great steak.
Maybe it was because everything and everyone is so new, and I truly hope so because the atmosphere and service were great. But based on this visit, we’d probably go back for drinks before dinner.

Very beautiful and elegant atmosphere inside. This place just opened so we had to try it. We ordered a bottle of prosecco. Waited atleast 10-15 minutes for that. It was Friday so it was busy. We odered food and waiting what seemed to be a long time as well but overall it was good. Waitress was friendly as well as the hosts.

Just beautiful, I loved everything about this restaurant and my experience! You get an opportunity to unwind and enjoy some elevated food and drink with family and friends in an elegant space. Everything we tried was good, the wings, fries the elote corn and because the corn was good we ordered another round of that. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

I stopped by Olinda for brunch on a whim today. The place is beautiful. It had a relaxing serene vibe to the atmosphere. I ate at the bar and got the French dip sub which was delicious and it had fresh cut fries which I am really happy they are doing fresh fries. The service was great and I felt welcomed into the restaurant. I live in the area and I am coming back to try more items on the menu. Awesome experience!!

My husband and I came to the soft opening, First off for not even being open yet to the public we believe the food was amazing. The food and drinks are one of a kind that you will only find at a fine dining restaurant, the pricing is very affordable as well for the quality of food you receive. Our waitress was very Intentive and knowledgeable already on the menu. We will definitely be back, we are already wanting to come back this week!
