Of course it’s Little Ceaser’s, what should I expect, right? Well for $37.00, we ordered online, paid, waited to be notified to come to the store, and I get to the store and its packed….Normal Friday night….. But we had a code to get out the Pizza ourselves, but it was down, and when I got there, I was told I’d have to wait. The issue was they had no rhythm in assisting customers as they came in, it was chaos. I waited even while people that came in after me, was waited on. I didn’t make it a big deal, just waited my turn and left when I could. So, next time form a line that somehow makes sense to your workers so they can assist in the order customers arrive to the best of your abilities. More importantly, what happened to the cheese pizza?!?! Did something drop on it and the cheese was pulled off?

They have a hard time cutting pizzas at this location. They are either odd sizes like one bite slices and the other side the slices are too big or they don’t cut them all the way through. I’ve even been given a pizza completely uncut. This is an issue every time I order at this location

I use the portal at lunch time makes it much quicker. In and out. But today they messed up, I ordered pizza sauce and pepperoni stuffed pretzel crust and I got cheese and pepperoni. Still eating it just the cheese gives me heartburn.

Unfortunately the app made me use this location for delivery, the top of the box was folded down and closed into my pizza, the pizza was good but my breadsticks tasted funny, not like your typical crazy bread, I pulled out another piece of crazy bread and it was dripping in butter all over my clothes and then I looked in the bag and there is a literal pool of butter just sitting in the bag, pretty gross and ended up tossing away the crazy bread. The other location next to Verona is better, I usually go there but my jeep is in the shop and had to choose delivery today.

Service was scrappy, I came in this evening looking for les.And I was told she only works mornings, but when I came in this morning, I did not see her.And the lady had messed up my order.And gave me a hard time.And when I asked for a manager, she was smoking on the phone, making food.This is the worst place in a horrible atmosphere.I will definitely never come back

Walked in to purchase a pizza. Employee asked if he could sell pizza. No on said anything they flat out ignored him. He put the pizza on the counter then someone said he couldn’t sell it. Need better management.

Our food is always hot and tastes good. I use the online ordering and I pick it up in the pizza portal and have never had any issues with that and the employees have always been friendly and greet us when we come in the door.
