Ok it started off really great one nice woman gave me a cup of hot water and it was fine – I studied well. On my way out I had asked a different woman for a cup of hot water. The way she overflowed the cup and barely put the lid on – I took the cup and the entire cup of steaming hot water spilled all over my hand. It went all over my phone too. My hand is burning so bad and nothing has been helping. In the pic I put a soothing oil. I am a critical care nurse and doctoral student and I’m just so sad because I cant use my hand and I have the worst burn that’s constantly on fire

I am a regular at this location and am always pleased with the employees service! I normally order via the starbucks app prior to arrival and collect my drink through the drive thru. Ordering through the app makes it so much easier if you like to request changes or additions to your drink. Workers are very friendly and my drinks are consistently made to liking. I recently tried the seasonal Iced Pecan Oat Latte and recommend it if you enjoy sweet coffee~

Bought 3 drinks here and all three are disaster. Lemonade just taste like water with some strawberries in it. Caramel ribbon crunch was bitter and white choclate mocha they did not add any extra customized things that were told. Never gonna get coffee from this store again.

New starbucks around the rowland heights, it is big, plenty spaces, great costumer service and it is still brand new clean lol. Parking lot it is big. However it will be full during weekend. Nice addition cafe to the city. Thhis place is my new hang out place

I will never enter this Starbucks again or any other. A good man went in to have a bagel and cup of coffee and an employee came up to him and said “the cancer on top of your head is making the customers uncomfortable so please leave” The man has skin cancer and yes a scab has formed but they knew he has skin cancer. That was not an only unprofessional but heartless, unacceptable and disgusting. Keep this kind of behavior going and you’ll be shut down too

Great new location first day of opening first drive through glad to see one come this close awesome people working clean store open seating open space excellent coffee no complain what make Starbucks great is not it’s location but it’s consists taking it’s coffee fast service clean place good WiFi reasonable parking and street visibility I give it 5 start cause it’s fave me exactly what I ordered I care less about everything good coffee means business

The atmosphere and service here are better ,don’t go to City of industry Azusa Coffee Shop ,I had a very bad experience there,I will never go to that store again. If you make a purchase in the store, you must not throw away the cup of coffee or drink you have consumed. The staff will rudely ask if you have made a purchase. If you are relaxing in the store, you must keep proof of your purchase. I never knew that Starbucks would treat customers this way.

I just had probably one of the best experiences of my life. I went to Starbucks and got a venti drink, just to spill more than half of it. Then a worker helped mop the floor and also made me a new drink. This truly made my day.
