We have been to this taco bell only a few times due to the poor service and incorrect orders. We’ll for the 3rd time we got short changed. We ordered a simple order of 2 soft tacos, 2 chips and cheese, and then 2 steak grilled cheese burritos. We again waited awhile but oh well. Then we got 1 chips and cheese with legit 6 chips in the bag and 1 burrito. I went in to get the correct order of 2 chips and cheeses but there was 3 people ahead of me which had not been helped or even acknowledged. It’s not just a one time “oops” event. This has happened each time before to waiting an abnormal amount of time as well as getting the wrong order. We could not get the order fixed due to having 2 babies in the car and the extra wait time. Eventhough this place is close to us, we will go out of our way for fast food.

went through the drive thru with 2 pick up orders. they told me they could only do one, yet sent both through so both were made at once. when i got to the window, the guy handed me the bag aggressively and wouldn’t even look in my direction. the line for the first order was not very long, yet still took 20 minutes. i went back through again, waited another 20 minutes, only for them to say the didn’t have the order (because it was already sent through and made). waited 40 minutes total for two really small orders, the worker was extremely rude, and the food was cold since they made it the first time i went through. they could have just handed both bags since they were both done, but decided to be petty. some these workers should find a new job if this is too much for them to handle

taco bell! woooo! food was pretty good, wait time wasn’t too bad but the place is a little understaffed. we came here a few times as it was a short walk from michigan state university’s dorms. definitely recommend if you’re looking a place to eat nearby, the quesadillas and tacos slap lol

Waited t get our order inside so long, my husband went up to the counter, it was right there behind the counter and nobody bothered to tell us! Filthy with flies on the wall, this place caters to the drive through. Felt like we were bothering them. Won’t go back for sure to this location, will have to think about if we want to go back to any of them at all.

I have never in my life seen so many people in a Taco Bell in my entire life. The owners need to start splitting profits with their employees asap! Speaking of the employees they have patience of a Saint. Bravo to all that work there Everyone of you should be making no less than 20 an hour plus profit sharing. The way they have the ability to handle non stop orders plus Doordash and still keep up is impeccable Also I have never witnessed a restaurant that has ever ran out of food because of so much business. Impressive! Very impressive indeed

We get home and the nacho fires and chips are spilled all over the bag to hide that they didn’t fill up the fries , it was half full. The potatoes soft taco had only 3 potatoes. My Doritos local taco was all broken I couldn’t even pick it up and eat it. We go back and try to return the food and get our money back and they stated they don’t do refunds and only can remake out food. I see why they’re only a 3.3 star, only go to frandor location or west Saginaw.

Did an online order and everything was ready pretty quickly. I travel a lot and have had some bad experiences at other Taco Bell locations so I wanna make sure to shout out the good ones. I got everything I asked for (like sauces, and that never happens), got my straw and drink, and all my food was correct, hot, and fresh. Staff was friendly. Definitely sets a high bar for other locations.

Absolute shit. Went there for a simple meal and the employee sighed as I was talking to her as if I was making her one job so hard. Took 3 people to take off one single item too. Completely horrible service, if I were dying of starvation I would still pass this place by.
