Hot Fresh Cut Fry No Seasoning
We take 3 order home to have with our build your own veggie burger night. Sometimes We grab a delicious shake as well! Staff is welcoming and kind. Always smiling. Extremely Clean Tables and Drink Station. The restrooms were exceptionally clean and stocked.

The burger was good. The fries were crunchy and some were chewy, on the verge of burnt. They recook the fries to heat them so they are over done. Instead of making new ones, they try to get rid of the old ones.
The music was too loud so I couldn’t hear the guy when I ordered and there was a creepy guy in there (a homeless customer?)who kept coming around me even trying to avoid him.
It was so disappointing. The Prescott store is better. Its worth the drive to get a good meal

Five Guys, the REAL BURGER KING
Absolute phenomenal kickstart to Prescott Valleys new Five Guys location. After two days of Lunches it’s just incomparable to any burger joint around. And being someone who lives close by it’s hard not to eat here so often!
The Burgers and Fry’s are still unmatched to any fast/gourmet environment. And their new Milkshakes are amazing, I recommend trying their signature “Bacon Milkshake”. Trust me, it’s worth it.
But if you aren’t an ice cream person the 100+ flavored Soda Machine is probably their most impressive possession beyond the food. Even since I was a kid it makes me go wild filling my cup with another flavor that I couldn’t get anywhere else besides the Store.
The only complaint I have is the lack of seating for this location. Trust me, it’s gonna get PACKED soon. And I suspect their Mobile Pickup Window will be your best access during peak Lunch Time. I’ve always said that if you have to wait a while, usually it’s for a reason and Five Guys is worth your wait!

I ordered a catering pickup for 11:15am and didn’t receive it until noon. I even left to pick up my child and came back, giving extra time, and it still wasn’t ready.
If 11:15am isn’t a realistic pickup time, it shouldn’t be offered. Especially since the order was placed days in advance. I understand you open at 11am, but a later first pickup time would make more sense. I won’t be ordering catering from here again.

Love a good burger from Five Guys. This location is always clean, quick service, delicious food, and management is always so kind and professional. If you want a good burger with great service this is your spot!

I usually NEVER leave reviews unless I have a good reason too and let me tell you, this location gave me one. I showed up 5 minutes before close (I felt so bad because I had gotten the directions confused) and when I walked in, I immediately went up and asked if it was too late to order and that I understood if it was going to set back their closing duties. Not only did they say it was okay, they made everything fresh for me, had amazing service and gave me great quantities. They LOADED my burger with all the toppings (they had to double wrap it), FILLED my bag with fries and I mean FILLED (with hot fresh fries none the less) and were laughing and having fun the whole time. Idk about anyone else but I loved the fact that as they were closing they were singing and having fun, it definitely made the experience better. There was a girl with colored hair (I think purple??), a guy who had just started, a lady with like reddish blonde hair and a guy with long black hair tied back in a hair net (which I also love that cause cleanliness). I hope these employees get noticed for their great service. They even apologized to me for taking long and I told them not to worry since I was the one to show up late and everything was fresh. This is by far the best experience I’ve had and I seriously hope they get recognized for this. Thank you to the whole team, you made my entire week!!! And to the guy who just started, my burger was AMAZING!!

Jada was so awesome to get food from and she makes amazing food BLTs and her customer service was so awesome that is better than most restaurants I ever been into so I give her a high five and a thumbs up and is 100 out of 10% and she needs a raise and she is happy to see use

Dirty tables and only 2 other people here. I ordered a little cheeseburger with grilled onion and grilled mushrooms. They were raw, my burger pink. Workers rude. Go to prescott location instead

I haven’t had Five Guys in a while and been to different locations before. I don’t know what happened, because all I got were fries and a milkshake. The food was decent (the fries were too salty for my taste). But 2 hours later, I kept running to the bathroom and now have food poisoning. This was the only thing I had for dinner too! I will never come here again!
