It was supposed to be a how you train your Dragon burger meal With no onions and sauce for my onion rings I had to use barbecue sauce for my onion rings, and my burger bun was old with ring on it and inside of my burger was stale my bacon was old not fresh at all they never messed my order up, but this did it my first time ever try this how to train your Dragon burger I will never order from here again I only left one star because it was delivered

The workers were so rude and filled with nothing but negativity and attitudes. My burger looks disgusting, it looks like it has barnacles. Why would you serve this? Would the employees eat this? The only reason I even thought twice about purchasing Burger King is because it’s close to my job. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! You don’t know what’s going into your body.

This review is to share what an amazing time my daughter (the birthday girl) and all of our guests had at her birthday party at Burger King on Florida Blvd. (right in front of the Amazon distribution center). The management and staff were AMAZING! We happened upon this BK location while stopping for a potty training stop one afternoon and my mom and I were shocked over the cleanliness, brightness, kind employees and awesome (and clean) Playland! Upon talking to the manager and finding out they offered birthday parties in the Playland, I was sold!
The day of the party, I was running around with my head cut off and my husband got there before me. When I called him and told him we were in route with the rest of the decorations, he says ooook… but you may not need them. I was baffled to say the least, but when I walked in I was amazed! They don’t “decorate” for everyone, but they loved Madison so much from our visits after our initial one, that they blessed her (and I) tremendously! The manager, Ms. CeCe was incredible and one of her staff members was there decorating with their own personal items and even made a special birthday pin for Madison. The impression they left on me and my family is truly a special one! Every kid got a happy meal and when we cut the cake, they had a cup of BK vanillia ice cream.
We unfortunately always hear the negative reviews or comments on social media, so I knew I HAD to make a POSITIVE one about this Burger King location, it’s amazing management and incredible and thoughtful staff! These people went above and beyond and for that, I am eternally thankful and would HIGHLY recommend their restaurant, food and services.

Never looks the same as the menu, always seems like theyve pressed it, for what ever reason. Tastes similar to cheese sausage & egg, and a flattened croissant. This used to be my favorite menu item, but I’d say it’s been years since I’ve had a fluffy (real) croissant with my mediocre sausage and (occasionally still semi frozen ) egg patty.
I cling to the memories of my childhood while the actual product gets worse and worse. I wrote off McDs a while ago, and it’s sadly time to let BK go too…. Join you’re brethren from Taco Bell, though I’ll remember you, I’ll make my own croissandwhiches from now own. McDs, Taco Bell, and now BK are trash, I can make cheaper without all the hassles. Time to let nostalgia die, like fast food died years ago.

Service wasn’t soo bad but the quality of the food was TRASH!! No way my bacon should look like last week hard and burnt tasting! Literally the worst breakfast I EVER had !! Staff is obviously lazy and needs better training or maybe get another job!

This is the worst burger king in the city. Today was my last time coming. From my Biscuit broken into pieces today to burned burgers to cheese on top of the meat on a double cheese burger instead of between… yall got it. One thing about this location that’s guaranteed is the food will be bad.

One of the worst experiences I have had with BK in awhile. The cashier wasn’t paying any attention (my boyfriend and I were the only people there) and I kept having to get her attention at the counter and repeated my order myltiple times and she STILL managed to get it wrong. The food was pretty terrible. Didn’t taste fresh at all. My sandwich was plain even though that is not how I ordered it. My cookies were burnt. The food took awhile. The place was a mess. I won’t be going back to that location if I don’t have to. We only went there because it was on our way home.
