this Dunkin Donuts is one of my favorites, always good taste that shows they keep the water clean and the coffee right on. But my order was not done correctly, with a $5.65 specific coffee, that had me walk back in saying something, them spraying the toppings with an irritated look and never apologizing, or offering to just remake it for me to know it’s going to taste as good as it did last night.

Ever since this restaurant remodelled it is hardly worth going there. It’s slow and the rate at which orders are incorrect is not acceptable. There are 6 employees behind the counter right now and it’s not overly busy yet I’ve been waiting for a simple iced coffee for probably 10 mins. Not cool. These employees need a competent manager. I used to come here ever day for a few years now, but I won’t be doing that anymore. Not worth it.

Ordered in the drive thru, got to the window to pay and the didn’t have my order, strange.

Don’t expect to get what you order here. I come most days for lunch and order an avocado toast w/bacon and a simple drink. They miss the bacon about half the time, and forget the drink another quarter of it. I hate to complain, because about half the staff here are great. The other half don’t appear to understand the words “WITH BACON” even when I shout it – which at this point I do. Sometimes I even check at the end of the order.
Today, I checked my food at the window, saw no bacon, and asked for the bacon. The child working the counter took the box back to the kitchen, then returned and said “okay, here you go.”
Friends, I have posted a picture of my food. Please let me know if you see bacon.

Service was extremely rude because we online ordered a sesame seed bagel that they were out of and there was no way for us to know. We could hear them say whatever loudly as well when we tried to get something we would like to have to make up for it.

drinks are amazing!! i come through everyday around 3pm and the staff is the absolute best! There’s only been a few times my order was incorrect but the staff was friendly and fixed it right away! Definitely my favorite dunkin by far!!!
