My dining experience at this establishment was highly positive. The staff demonstrated professionalism and a welcoming demeanor. The environment was maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and upkeep. The service provided was notably courteous. I recommend a visit to this establishment.

Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was initially concerned about the wait time, as there were five cars ahead of me. However, it quickly became evident that the staff is highly efficient and motivated by their management. I was pleasantly surprised when I reached the window and was greeted by two friendly employees, Heather and Tamara. They both provided exceptional service and were among the most personable restaurant employees I’ve encountered. I commend the entire staff for their teamwork, as I received my order in less than two minutes despite the initial line of cars. I truly hope that the management or corporate office acknowledges the outstanding efforts of Heather, Tamara, and the rest of the team, as they deserve recognition for their dedication to excellent customer service.

On top of that they do offer a military discount. Well done!

I come here every day.I love duncan, but I will never come here again today.I came and there was the homeless guy that’s here every day begging for money. This time, he literally stopped in the middle of the drive through for some lady, asking for shoes and money. And food which I have nothing against any homeless person. This person slams on her brakes to talk to this guy for 5 minutes, right? In the middle of the drive through where nobody can get around her. I literally almost hit her with an inch. I was kind and sat there for a while while she talked to him.And then all I wanted to do was just drive around her.I was there to get a coffee.I’m on my way to work. And instead, she cusses me out, calls me a disgusting human being all because I just was trying to go around the vehicle. So that I can get my drink.Causes a big, huge problem and then goes up to the counter to pay for my drink. And I know she wasn’t doing it out of kindness. She was doing it to be condescending. I told duncan, no I do not want my drink bought from that lady. They refuse to refund it and they refuse to order me another drink and told me I had to drive all the way around. I’m just trying to have a good and on my way to work and all I did was try to drive around somebody who was holding up an entire drive through. She could have pulled to the side and talked to the man in a parking spot or something like that. I was patient for 5 minutes, and then I’m a disgusting human being because I wanted to go around her. And then she started issues with me at Duncan, and now Duncan refuses to make me a drink.
Because i did not want the drink that she bought me. Disgusting and horrible customer service like I said, I have no problem with somebody wanting to help out somebody who’s homeless. But don’t stop 45 minutes. In the middle of a drive through to talk to a man who’s standing in front of the car in the middle of the drive through. So that nobody can go even take an order. The woman hadn’t even reached the drive through speaker, there is plenty of room around her. She proceeded to cuss me out.Block me and not even allow me to leave duncan. All because I just wanted to go around her vehicle. And not sit for another five minutes while she talked to the homeless man. Of which I serve at soup kitchens as well. I care about every single human being on this planet. And I am not out with a chip on my shoulder or vendetta to do anything wrong. All I did was pull into Duncan to get a drink and encountered some. Weird crazy lady. Whose idea of being kind is cussing people out and calling them names? And then deciding to buy them a drink? That was like the most unexpected experience.I was expecting this morning and I never want to go to duncan again. It just gives me a very bad feeling. And my heart and my soul, everything.I just experienced just now.

I don’t know why I try. Every couple of years I get a breakfast sandwich from Dunkin. And every couple of years it is burnt. Like literally the four times that I’ve gotten breakfast here it’s been burnt every time. And it’s not just this location it’s every Dunkin location. Donuts are fine but they cannot cook.

Even in a morning rush, these people are still the friendliest and timely without making mistakes on my orders. Much thanks to the lower level employees… in Crestview Florida.

I think you need to start putting the donuts in separate bags or boxes. This is ridiculous and lazy.

Breakfast sandwich is large and warm and tasty. Iced coffee is chilled and flavorful.

Lobby is small (cozy?), and has good stereo music playing. Most go through drive-thru.

Approx $10 for both, and this is all you need to begin a great day !! I’ll be back !

I typically go to Dunkin Donuts every weekend to get a couple of donuts and some coffee. I’ve been to every D&D in the area and this location on Ferdon is by far the worst. Today’s trip was just the icing on the cake I suppose. I should’ve known better than to go back and give them another shot. A few weeks ago I walked in on a Sunday morning and they were out of just about every donut except plain donuts. Today I went there at 8:30 – again that’s 8:30am on a Saturday morning and they’re out of Boston Cream and Blueberry Cake. How are you out of Boston Cream on a Saturday morning, isn’t your HQ based out of MA? That’s ironic. So obviously being out of supplies is management issue, but that doesn’t give the girl that took my order an excuse to have such awful customer service. After I finished telling her my order I had to repeat it again because she wasn’t near a register, I’m assuming, to put it in. Then I get to the window and my order looks like the pictures below, just thrown in a bag. If anyone who reads this has been to other locations, typically for the smaller orders of donuts they have a container that perfectly fits two donuts and little cups with plastic lids to put munchkins in. They aren’t typically thrown in a bag carelessly like this. Then after I paid and she gave me my card back she didn’t say anything. So I politely asked for a receipt. I thought it was assumed that you always offer the customer a receipt unless they say otherwise. I personally don’t think they had the receipt printer running all morning yet because she had such an issue getting me a receipt. She ran over to two registers, then I heard her complaining to another co worker or manager that the receipt wasn’t printing and kind of had an attitude about it. Then when she finally did get me my receipt she handed it to me without saying anything, then “I” said “Thank you!” and she just walked away. Needless to say, I won’t be going to this location anymore and if I could give it less than a one star review I would.

Emily was unable to communicate efficiently with my order, she had a bad attitude and proceeded to argue with me over my drink choice. She brought me the wrong one and then instead of explaining the drink options she told me I ordered the wrong drink and argued with me when I asked about the menu.
