Filthy Restrooms and terrible Customer Service!
Had we seen the RR’s before we ordered, we would’ve gone elsewhere (FAST!)! It was like an OLD Backwoods Gas Station… it really needs attention! Not everyone can be like Buc-ee’s, but this was nasty!
Also – the service was …”What service?”
We were overcharged… but they didn’t care!
Overcooked food didn’t make things better!!
Come on, Arby’s – you can do better!
Clean Restrooms and Customer service are both part of the customer experience… It’s NOT just about the food!

I must say, I am very impressed with the menu and quality of Arby’s now compar3d to 10 years ago. I’ve been coming to this Georgetown location a few years now. Great staff and great sandwiches. Today, I tried the fish sandwich and Greek gyro. Both sandwiches were very good ,served hot and fresh

No au jus for a French dip, no cheddar on the beef & cheddar & barely enough beef to cover the bun but more horsey & Arby’s sauce than 2 sandwiches need tho we didn’t even ask for any. 0/10 will not return.

So let’s start out with the good. The two for $7 deal is great. We got the Gyro was good and had lots of meat. The jalapeno poppers were good too.
Now onto the bad. I got the smokehouse brisket meal and was extremely disappointed. Don’t know if it was this location or if Arby’s has just become trash.
The brisket sandwich was more like chopped trash and had maybe 2 tablespoons of meat on it. For a $12 meal that’s unacceptable. I have attached pictures so you can see what I’m talking about. I understand that it will never look like the professional pictures on the menu but they can at least try.
Then one of the employees decided it would be a great idea to park in the handicap parking area and start working. Not a problem if they had handicap tags or mirror hanger but nope just wanted close parking.

I picked up a mobile order today around 1:30pm. I ordered 3 meals and one was wrong. I live a out 25 to 30 minutes away, so I’m unable to come back. I tried calling the last 15 minutes, and the phone line has been busy. I would like to get this fixed.

I asked them if they can make my food fresh they agreed they even had me pull up and wait only to give me cold food. I feel betrayed

Food was quick, hot and correct. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative was the men’s bathroom needed some cleaning for sure, but that’s not a major deal breaker. I’ll come back.

We ordered our food and came in a timely manner. it was hot and delicious. We met the manager Nasara (Mimi ) ( store number 8689) who took our order and who was extremely Courteous to us and the 2 older couples that were ahead of us who ordered their food. The resturant was clean in all ways. We definitely would be back again. Ramos”s from New Jersey Mini thank you again for superb service.

I ordered through an app and the delivery took over an hour despite me living 15 minutes away, my food arrived cold and the ice in my drink was melted, i got regular fries instead of curly fries and the cheese “cups” that i paid extra for were too small to barely be even considered a cup, felt like a ripoff

This store manager isn’t quite understanding theirs own coupons
It’s saying 2 for $7 Gyro
And the bottom of coupons is wording:
Buy up to 5 “2 for $7” and
“THEY ARE NOT OWNER” owner only 1 that we want to buy up to 4. What kind of manager it is? Please put a bit knowledgeable manager that can understand / read English ???
This is not good business for the owner or they’re lazy employees !!!
