Great service, people always friendly and they work hard to get your food to you ASAP. I get monster combo and I have not had any problems with any of them. Food is hot, crispy fries and great shakes, wish they would be a bit bigger, but it is what it is. Been a loyal customer for many years and will continue to be one.

Just got home from being on the road all day. Tried stopping at Taco Bell for some tacos. I guess asking if the shells are fresh is a big no no there. So I left the drive thru and went to Hardee’s. To my surprise they were doing a taco Tuesday deal. I ordered and when I pulled up. I asked the young lady if the shells were fresh. She said they are made fresh by order. Awesome. I waited about 5 min. I ordered a lot of tacos. Got home. Checked my taco shells. Fresh as can be. Thank you!! The actual taco place doesn’t sell fresh taco shells. You get only old stale ones. I’ll be happy to take my money to you Hardee’s if I can get fresh food.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Very bad experience today 4/19/25. I went through the drive and ordered a Chicken Quesadilla, Taco and a drink priced at $8.09 + tax on their signboard. I paid for the order and pulled away from the window to allow others to get their orders. In the parking lot I noticed that I received french fries, not a taco. So, I pulled back around to where you order and said that a mistake had been made that I got the wrong food and to give me a taco. I was told that I received the correct food. This “discussion” continued and finally I invited the order taker to come out and see the sign. They saw the sign (picture attached) and called their boss Josh. While they were on the phone, I noticed that they had charged me $1.20 more than the sign posted for a bill of $9.29 + tax. (picture attached) I was told that Josh said to come back tomorrow, Easter, to “talk” about it. Why wasn’t someone with authority available then? Why didn’t he talk to me then on the phone? The problem is that I was in town on business and I live a 1/2 hour away, 1 hour round trip. The worst part is that last summer, a similar experience happened to me at this location, this is the second time. The first time I blew that experience off. This appears to be an ongoing problem with this location. Maybe it’s why the company is in dire straits financially. So, it’s time to escalate, leave a review, plus contact corporate. To think if they just gave me the taco initially, like the sign said, I wouldn’t have noticed being charged the wrong price and would have continued down the road happy. NOT HAPPY!

There were a couple of employees that were really kind and helpful when I visited on October 8th. Their names were Taylor and Micah. They were just so personable that my day was made just from talking to them. Taylor was kind enough to explain to me about a previous promotional menu item and Micah gave me information about some of the current items I might enjoy and even directions to a place I was trying to get to that morning. Even their manager was kind and they all joked a bit with me before I left. Its the little things that makes the day sweeter and go by faster and I highly appreciated their attitude and service.

Food took quite awhile. Never mind that as long as it’s hot. Sadly, the only hot things were the seven individual French fries I got with my combo. It tasted good. What I got of it anyway.

The Brioche bun they advertised seemed to be nothing more than a hamburger bun. The egg on the sandwich was so thin you could see thru it. My coffee was so strong. It appeared to have been sitting there for hours.
