Like many other reviewers, we waited forever for our app order before asking an employee and being given our food cold. They literally just don’t update the app status, it still wasn’t “ready” after 30+ minutes. This was at 8 pm. Also, what is this flap of cheese? Avoid this location, but especially the night crew. 2 stars because the day crew isn’t as terrible.

It’s a sad day for Chipotle. We ordered 2 chicken rice bowls. As you can see in the photos, we got I can’t say chicken. Or at least enough chicken to justify the $10 each price tag. I wish I had my phone in the store cause the guy behind us got almost double the chicken on 1 that we didn’t get on 2. When I asked the employees about it they said oh you want double the chicken. And I replied no I just want what I should have got the first time. They wanted to charge me for more chicken. This place used to be a great place to get lunch or dinner and be full enough that you would have some left over for later. It’s sad that this has come down the this. I really can’t say if I will be back. If you want my opinion avoid it not worth the cost to get less than advertised.

As a DoorDash driver, my livelihood depends on efficient and timely service. On January 2025, myself and two other drivers arrived at the Chipotle in Lawrence, Kansas, during the midst of a winter storm. We were the first three to enter the building when it was unlocked, braving the harsh weather to fulfill our responsibilities. And yet, we are left utterly frustrated and disappointed.

As I write this review, I have watched more than eight people who came in after us be served their orders, while the three of us—who are actually working, delivering food to paying customers—have yet to receive a single order. The ninth customer just walked in and has been served, but here we are, still waiting.

It’s incredibly disheartening to see how the restaurant completely disregarded the needs of those of us trying to support our livelihoods, while giving priority to regular customers. DoorDashers work tirelessly to ensure that meals get to customers quickly and efficiently, especially during a storm like this, and all we ask in return is basic respect and collaboration with the restaurant staff.

It’s not just an inconvenience—it’s a total lack of professionalism and respect for people who are working hard, in dangerous conditions, to keep the system running. If Chipotle in Lawrence can’t handle fulfilling orders for its delivery drivers in a timely manner, it’s a serious problem. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and has left me thoroughly disappointed in a company I had hoped would provide at least basic customer service.

I put my order in through the app. Never again. It took 55 minutes to get my order. Not only was the food cold, what in the heck is this tiny orange? Everything was thrown in the bag with loose cheese and lettuce everywhere. On top of all this the staff running the cash register was super rude to me. I’m assuming it was because you need to hire more people. I do not recommend this location and I won’t be returning anytime soon. I feel sorry for the employees.

It is disappointing to order online and customize your order with the allotments and bring it home only to find puny portions. When I pay extra for guacamole, I expect the same amount in my bowl as the “side” of guacamole because they are the same price. I asked for extra tomato salsa, extra lettuce, and extra veggies. The bowl was barely half full. I paid 15$ for my bowl (steak+guac). I understand inflation but at least keep the portions the same. Or make sure employees are trained well. On the positive side the meal was delicious as chipotle always is.

The 6th street location has always treated me well. The service is friendly and fast. Even when they’re super busy, the line moves quickly. It’s well kept, clean. Food is always fresh. Big fan of their grilled chicken, and salsas, especially the hot one!! The chips and guacamole are pretty great too.

I don’t usually do this but this is the second time this has happened after pick up at this location and I am dumbfounded. Neither has a bite taken out of it and this is what you get for $9.10 for a veggie bowl and other is double meat. I think like 11$ something. Ridiculous
