Food was very different. My crunchy gordita didn’t really have that sauce that makes it bomb. My steak nachos were very non existent it was more tortilla chips than anything else… chicken quesadilla was more plain tortilla than chicken or cheese. I understand they’re under construction but if food is going to be terrible then don’t open at all!

Food is ok, only beans and cheese as main fillings, hardly any other veggie. On Mexican pizza got some tomatoes. No green onion/ cilantro or grilled veggies / fajitas.

Wow. I expected better than that from taco bell but every taco broken? like all 12 tacos in my party pack are broken. I would understand if it was one or maybe even two but all 12? I am very disappointed. Taco bell employees should know better. I’m disappointed but who cares right, I’m just 1 customer out of 1000s. I hope corporate or district manager sees this message and tell you guys to have more pride in your work.

These lazy employees definitely need to get fired and hire a crew that actually has customer service skills. I went through the drive through and they said they couldn’t take Apple Pay but I’ve paid with my phone over drive through before. Had employee walk my phone to the register that had Apple Pay so I wouldn’t have to get off, like hello that’s the whole point of the drive thru to not get off. I ended up paying with cash I asked the employee Christian if I can give him a dollar so he would be able to give me a $5 dollar bill clearly seeing he had not yet closed his register and he stated he charge me already like I didn’t see his register was still open as I told him I can clearly see his register open he closed it and gave me my change. Please train these employees they are getting paid to SERVE customers not to be lazy.
