Unacceptable portion and poor management response.
I ordered a side of chicken, which we purchase almost daily from this Taco Bell location. The side of chicken is always served in a larger side container, not in sauce cups.
As shown in the attached photo, the chicken was placed in two small sauce containers, which is clearly not the correct portion for a paid side item. When we questioned this, the manager on duty, Maria, insisted this was correct and refused to correct the order.
This is not only misleading, but extremely frustrating—especially for regular customers who know the standard portions. The issue was made worse by the manager’s dismissive attitude and refusal to acknowledge the mistake.
This experience reflects poor consistency and poor customer service. I expect better from Taco Bell.

The treatment from the staff is awful. I asked the man to add some items at the window and he was so upset and didn’t listen to the items I added. When my items were missing he was even angrier. It was the Indian man an Indian young lady on Saturday night. And the young girl defending a conversation she wasn’t present for, I come here at least 3 times a month and the Hispanic older lady who used to be the manager is the best wish she was still there.

We had some coupons to use so we went in this TB. The staff completely ignore the counter customers, even though there is a register and normal menu there. We ordered with the computer screen, but it wouldn’t take coupons or cash. The volcano burrito was ok, but 10 bucks doesn’t go very far even at TB. We will pick another fast food place next time to sit and talk.

Clean, Modern, & Friendly Employees
The food was good, and the restaurant was clean. They also have 2 kiosks inside so you can place an order directly yourself if you want.
The cashier lady was very nice and helpful. She helped me buy a gift card so I can place a mobile order.

Just drive to another location. Food nasty. Order wrong missing items, no condiments, sour cream missing from all supreme tacos. They wasn’t busy either

I ordered via the app while in the restaurant. It was lunchtime and they were very busy, however, I did not have to wait very long at all for my order to be ready. Everything was made correctly and the food was hot and the ingredients were fresh. The employees were all friendly and smiling.

Clearly ordered my meal with no sour cream, and yet there’s sour cream on my food. When attempting to call the store, it’s a modem/fax line. Terrible cooks that don’t pay attention, the drive thru service was awesome, thank you Tiara.
