This was the size of a HOMEWRECKER burrito (same size as the reciept). I’ve been eating at Moe’s since I was a kid and have never had a burrito as tiny as this. Also ordered steak, and there was no meat on it. This Moe’s sucks.

Some tall lightskin with curly hair was very welcoming I enjoy coming here often sometimes just to see him! He is very nice and polite make my food very fresh everytime! I recommend this moes out of all of them.

Management needs to improve. Went in tonight 12/2/25 around 6:30pm. One young man taking care of the never ending line alone, he kept such a great attitude throughout all the chaos. I heard the young lady at the register say Jaylen or Jayden was his name. Older lady was cooking food and turns to the line of people and says “if yall see me pull out a gun and start shooting the place up because this machine don’t mind me” Highly inappropriate joke to make in these times especially to customers/strangers.
Overall feel bad the young staff was put in this predicament, need to schedule and prepare better.

This Moe’s is a TRAP. Especially don’t waste your time ordering online from here.
My wife and I got some dinner last night and felt a little doubtful about the restaurant’s 3.5-star rating and the menu items rated around 60% thumbs up. We took a chance and what do you know, our experience matches the ratings we found.
Over half of the stuff we ordered wasn’t there – it may have well been someone else’s order entirely. We double checked the receipt and yep, it had our name on there. Out of 19 things we ordered in our “bowls,” 9 items were missing. No sour cream, no peppers and onions, no roasted corn, no pico, no diced onion, no tajin, and NONE of the 3 side sauces we ordered were there. Not even salsa for the “chips and salsa.”
So as long as you’re cool with not getting anything you ordered, and just handing over your money and getting the chef’s surprise (with no sauces, mind you), this is your spot.

I don’t recommend this place. Last time I was here a worker dropped a kitchen spoon and kept using it. I told him he couldn’t use a dropped item. I stopped coming here but today ⬇️
I had two different burritos meals & I told the guy to label them to prevent mix up. Well he labeled them wrong. I called Moe’s & no one picked up so call gets forwards to voicemail but you can’t leave a message because it’s full. I won’t return. Hello Chipotle

They always make mistakes with online orders and barely put food into the bowls. Definitely not worth the money! If you want to order from this location go inside and watch them make it otherwise they will mess it up! We ordered a bowl with steak that got no steak and they added lettuce instead. We have given this location multiple try’s and they mess up everytime.

Kaylum was absolutely awesome! Even with a to-go order, he went above and beyond fast, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. The store was clean food was fresh ..Moe’s needs more people like him. Give this guy a raise he deserves it!
