Bella Giancola
Worth every penny!
It is located inside the Hollywood Casino Saint Louis. The ambiance is perfect and they play what I think are 60s jazz. The rolls they give you are freshly baked and are light and good.
We ordered a starter called Beef Wellington (if im not mistaken) and we were just swoon on how good it was. Our steak was done perfectly to our desired doneness and it went with a side of baked potato that tasted amazing. Their white cheddar mac n cheese was light and nicely seasoned. I enjoyed that with my baked salmon with lemon cream. Their crab legs come with butter dips that are seasoned and flavored. And to end the dining experience, we got a creme brulee to share. It was perfectly sweet and light.
Service is quick, and food was satisfying. They accommodate to your needs quickly. It is kind of pricey but according to our experience, it was all worth it. It has great selection of wines. You can also check out their bar.
I highly recommend this place.

We were greeted and sat quickly on a Saturday night. Although the service was amazing the food was not. We ordered Lamb Kefta for the appetizer and it tasted weird. My stomach hurt so bad after I ate it. For my main dish I ordered the sea bass. It was very bland. We just left without finishing our food and went to another restaurant. Lisa our server was great and so was the Manager. The best thing was the wine that I ordered.

I do not recommend visiting this restaurant, the service is very bad, more than 30 minutes sitting at the table and they did not even serve me water, it is a shame, I wanted to taste the dinner they prepare in this restaurant, but it is not worth going to this place.

My wife and I ate here on a Saturday night. The place was very empty. The server didn’t know the menu and had to go ask about salad dressing. We both ordered prime rib. It was very bland. The flavor of the sides were very strange. We couldn’t eat them. My wife asked if she could have a dinner roll or just a piece of.bread with her dinner. The server came out with an appetizer dish the sale with 4 biscuits they sell for around 7 bucks. Just a piece of bread would have worked fine. We should have ate at the Italian place across the hall.
We paid top prices for a meal and had paper napkins, pizza hut style.plastic glasses for drinks..very odd

This was our first time here. The first red flag was that at 6pm on Saturday night there were 8 people in restaurant. Service was subpar. The salmon was over cooked, the pulled pork was bland. There were a couple of good parts though. The brisket hush puppies were delicious and so was the pork belly. This was a disappointing experience all in all. We won’t be going back and won’t be recommending them to anyone else.

I had the worst experience at the Final Cut today. Went with friends expecting to have good food in a nice place. The server was MIA most of the time. They didn’t have the drink ingredients for a signature drink and they brought me the wrong meal. I ordered the bourbon, glazed salmon because the dish was gluten-free and they brought me a salmon BLT. I can’t eat the bread and it was not the healthiest choice for a meal. They said they would hurry and make another. 25 minutes later, when everyone in my party was ready to go, I asked the server to have the meal cancelled, as I did not want the rest of my party to have to wait on me. The manager came out and apologized for the mistake on my Bourbon Glazed Salomon order. I told him it was taking entirely too long for the remake of my order and I would like the fish taken off my order and I no longer wanted it. I felt this was a reasonable request as everyone else was ready to leave the restaurant. The manager said, let me see what I could do and left the table. When he came back, he said let me make this right for you, let me box this up and you can take it home and I will give you a free dessert also. I was very hesitant as warming up fish after it’s been in the refrigerator is never good. He said oh come on let me make it right. I said that would be fine and he brought me the bill and my food. My husband left to take the food to the car and I stayed behind to pay the bill. Low and behold the fish was still on the bill. I asked to speak to the manager again. He told me that He had to charge me for the fish because he boxed it up and I was taking it. I told him I did not want the fish in the first place and I refuse to Pay for fish that I didn’t even eat. He eventually did take the fish off the bill. How on earth is this supposedly fine dining establishment going to charge for food that they didn’t get right and then take over 25 minutes to cook and you don’t even get to eat it? This is not a place I will be returning. I am very disappointed at the service and the restaurant as a whole. The food that I did get to taste was greasy and very unpleasant for my taste.

The food at this place is horrible. I order a chicken at this place. It end up being a chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich hardly had ant flavor. I also order a caesar salad added chicken in it. Let’s just say. It is the worse salad I ever had. Then the waiter had the nerve to ask me if I wanted it to go. I’m like yes straight to my trash can. If you want food with no flavor, come here. Smh

I went with my sister for the Thanksgiving dinner. I’ve never been here before to try the normal menu. And I don’t think I will…
The dinner consisted of:
Autumn Wedge Salad – butter bib wedge, roasted butternut squash, golden raisin, toasted walnut, Boursin cheese, prosciutto, honey-sage vinaigrette
Raisins, walnuts, and prosciutto do not go together.
Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner – smoked turkey breast, caramelized onion stuffing, cranberry relish, green bean casserole, whipped mashed potatoes & gravy
This was not bad. Not great either, just average. I don’t do cranberry and turkey – that’s just weird to me. Luckily, they only gave me half a plate of the cranberry relish. It was fine by itself though, until I got a piece of onion with it. Onions and cranberries are not good together.
Warm Maple Apple Tart – Vanilla bean ice-cream , white cheddar tuile
I’m at a loss on this one. The tart was kind of hard and the apples were like jerky. The ice cream was great. But why would you have cheddar cheese with ice cream?!? Just NO!

Unfortunately, not the experience it was hyped up to be. Looking past the Christmas and video game music that was playing, for me it was how the server handled the cold steak I received. The other two guests that were with me had a perfect plate. My ribeye looked like breakfast ham and curled up a lot on the sides. I will agree that appearances don’t make the steak, so I overlooked that, but when the steak wasn’t even room temperature, I politely asked the server to take it back. She did take it back and apparently, they either tried to microwave it or re heat it up. Now, I am no chef, and apparently, they don’t have one either, but I do know you cant re heat a medium well steak and expect to keep the same consistency as a medium well steak should be. When I pointed this out to the server, she politely asked me what I would like done. I said, I would like the 55-dollar steak that I ordered please. Seems reasonable, right? The good news is that the second one that came out was perfect, but the issue is that we waited nearly an hour total for me to be able to eat. The cherry on the top for me was that there was never any type of apology, discount offer, free desert, or anything. The total bill was around 140 for us 3 which I expected and I even ( although I should not have) tipped the server 30 dollars.

Friday night and the place was nearly empty. Ordered an iced tea and a bowl of French Onion soup. 15 minutes later, I got my iced tea. Another 10 minutes for the soup. The soup was good.
Ordered the prime rib. The meat was good, but it did have a bit of a kerosene taste to it.
The waiter came by one time during the meal to check if I needed anything. Had been out of tea for a while already.
I’d suggest going to Charlie Gitto’s instead.
